I love this stuff
This brand and this balsamic are my favorite. I use it most often with oil for a bread dip, but it can be used for anything, including ( I'm not kidding) as a topping for vanilla ice cream.

Love this Balsamic Vinegar!
I have been cooking with this Balsamic Fig Vinegar for many years now. I love it for all my meat marinades I use. It's a rich flavor with the fig and brings such wonderful addition to so many dishes. Also as a salad dressing, as it’s not as acidic as traditional vinegars can be. I pray for Lucini’s company’s longevity! They make great culinary gifts, for your favorite foodie, especially at Christmas time.

Great flavor
Every Lucini product I have ever had is great. The fig flavor has a couple other competitors - all are very good. My only concern is the increasingly high price of Lucini products.

Quality stands out in this balsamic vinegar.
Quality stands out in this balsamic vinegar. It is smooth, flavorful, and finds many uses in cookery beyond the traditional. Many other vinegars are limited in their application — presenting a harsh and insubstantial (thin) note. In lesser quality products, 6% acidity is off putting and seems to burn.like too much tang. Lucini avoids this and the craftsmanship stands out.

Hard to find prioduct.
I just receive my order. Although it was packaged very well when I got to the last layer it had leaked. What can be done about this? I don't want to pay to return it and I really need this item.Thank you.I love the product but I'm disappointed that it leaked. Overall I have to rave about the product but not mine!

So tasty!
I ordered this balsamic vinegar based on other reviews that raved about it and I'm very glad I did! It's a little bit sweet, oddly enough, but the sweetness really compliments the rest of the ingredients in the salads I make--which consist of avocado, tomato, black olives and mozzarella cheese. Yum!Also, I must mention that the company who sells this has the BEST customer service! By mistake, they had sent me a bottle of olive oil. When I told them about the mistake, they immediately not only apologized, but said I could keep the olive oil and would send me the balsamic vinegar right away--and they did! Really fast responses by email and really fast shipping, too. Great company, nice people and I'll definitely buy this from them again!

It has added sugar, which is not listed in ingredients section
The ingredients appear to have no sugar, but if you look at the nutrition facts table, you will see 8 grams for one serving (one tablespoon). It says 5 of the 8 grams are "added sugar" which I assume is from the fig juice which must be processed if it has added sugar. Anyone trying to limit sugar in their diet will want to know this as it's not readily apparent just looking at the ingredients or what you might expect from a vinegar. Not talking about natural sugar in fruit, just to clear, it's added sugar.
