These little lights are great! They can be set to stay on or to flicker slightly like candlelight. The flamingos I bought were sold as red in color, but they appeared pink which is just what I wanted. I think pink flamingos would have faded to white when turned on. Each box comes with a remote control, but one control worked both strands of lights that I bought. The same remote also worked my Glimmer lights from another retailer. The lights can be slightly dimmed or set to their highest brightness, depending on the effect you need. I will definitely buy more of these!

They were a bit shorter than what I pictured in my head, but that's on oversight on my part. Otherwise they are amazing. We put them in our daughter's reading tent and she just couldn't be any happier with them. I worry about hot lights in that tent because of the material, but these don't get hot at all. She really likes the remote settings to adjust the brightness of the lights and the timer on them is nice too. Provided they hold up for a month or so I'll happily order another set to do the other half of her tent.

We purchased the flamingos. Yes, they're tiny -- they're supposed to be tiny! They work well as decorations on a party table or as an element in a display of themed decor. They were exactly what I expected, and the remote worked perfectly. Very reasonable price for these -- they were just ridiculously cute along with our other flamingo-themed stuff.

I was slightly disappointed by the tiny size. Only 1 inch tall. I read the description but I guess the small size didn't stand out or I just missed it, either way they were smaller than I expected. The wire is plenty long enough and the lights are bright tho. Overall I like them and am enjoying them draped along the bar. I'm still on the hunt tho for much larger flamingo lights that have more than a few lights spread far apart.

I loved these string lights, but the battery does drain super fast. It could just be that string lights take up a lot of battery. The remote is awesome and has a bunch of different combinations on it. The remote can change the brightness, and the speed of a flicker that you can turn off and on.

I bought theme for a tropical-themed birthday party. They are really cute but the flamingoes are smaller than expected. I liked how it looked, but could be brighter. I would recommend these for smaller spaces. The remote control worked great. They are not a waste of money, I would recommend this to someone.

What can I say? I was warned by a few reviews about this and the size, but I went ahead anyway and got them. I thought they were just too cute, and maybe the size was exaggerated. Nope. They are so small, I had to find my fathers reading glasses to actually see them! Not a happy camper at all. Better description needs to be written, especially stating the size of lights.

I purchased these for my grandmother who loves flamingos. These are cute, but I did not expect them to be so small. From a distance, you cannot tell that they are flamingos... just little pink lights. I would not have purchased them if I knew this. Otherwise, they are cute and my grandmother likes them.
