I bought this for my wife for Mother's day and she loves it. We both know it is a manufactured opal but it doesn't matter - it is still beautiful. She loves opals but the prices have skyrocketed since I bought her first Opal ring 40 years ago. She has worn that ring every day for the past 40 years. She wears this necklace every day too now. She doesn't even take it off in the bath. Everything seems to be of good quality that the stone has wonderful opal fire too it. I probably could have lied to her that it was a natural stone and she would never have questioned it. But, you don't stay married to someone for 40 years by lying to them.

I was in a high end jewelry store and saw a larger version of the hart shaped opal with a hug price tag. I took a chance on buying this one on line and all is well. Neither one of us are experts but the thought is what counts. The pretty opal stone and petite chain sets this piece off!

This necklace is simple, inexpensive, and lovely. The opal sparkles with several different colors. The colors that show up vary with the lighting. The quality is very good in comparison to what you pay for it. The opal is synthetic but still looks very beautiful.

The pendant itself is fantastic for the price, the chain is super cheap and super short. I could barely fit it around my neck so I know it SHOULD fit my girlfriend but it definitely wouldn't be a comfortable fit.That said, for the price how much could you really expect?

Beautiful for the money. Also good quality. I purchased as a gift and my sister in law wears it every day. She is small framed and this is a delicate, feminine piece of Jewelry that flatters her neckline. I would buy this again as a gift for self or others who like small feminine necklaces.

Most of the opals I see are so small you barely see them. I would like to find one a tiny bit larger than this, but it is so much better than the others. It also has good fire, and is in a beautiful setting.
