I used this to make pasta. Ran through the grain mill on the smallest setting, made some pasta dough and ran it through my pasta maker. When kneading the dough it was a little harder to tell when you had reached the perfect elasticity, because its not your normal all purpose, but a even 10 minutes made a nice dough.Pasta had even more of a bite to it - texture wise not flavor. But the flavor was delicious too!

Nice alternative to rice.

This product is just what I was looking for. I cannot find it in my local markets.

Awesome grain! I'm a Dietician and love this product with all the protein in it. You will need to soak the grain overnight in order to use it though.

Good quality and healthy food.

It's similar to rice, but has larger kernels. It takes a long time to cook. But it is worth it as they are delicious and somewhat chewy.
