Unraveling
Wanted to love this rug as it’s soft and pretty but the quality is just not there. It came with one unraveled spot, I decided to live with it, but in a few short weeks so many more spots have come unraveled. Unfortunately I’m outside the return window, but I wouldn’t recommend this rug.

Beautiful rug
This area rug came packaged very well. I only say that because I ordered a similar one from a large furniture chain and had to send it back twice as it came in a flimsy bag with holes in it and the rug was damp and mildewed. Moving on, the rug is well made and sturdy. I love how it looks in our living room. So far it has held up well to 2 rambunctious pups. Very happy with the color and style.

Attractive Looking Rug
I love the way it looks, it was exactly what I was looking for. It sometimes unravels but you can push back into braid. Its thick and not soft but that's what you would expect from this kind of rug....i havent tried to clean yet.
