It actually works!
Product actually works. I have tried many different products to get rid of calcium in the pool over the last 15 years. This one works the best of any I have tried. Be sure to watch product video for tips - the plastic wrap tip is genius! I used a gallon sprayer and large razor scraper to get the calcium off the tile.

works
Expensive (ouch) but it works on calcium deposits on fiberglass pool from retaining wall just above the pool

Takes several applications to descale stone tiles.
It did as advertised, but it took multiple applications to get rid of the worst of it. I had the stone tiles bead blasted last December when we drained old water and refilled with fresh. The amount of scale build up in six months was astonishing. We have a pool service to manage chemistry, which is within parameters. I’m thinking the stone tiles are more susceptible.

It didn't come off with the scrubber like the instructions said
Used this to clean the tile in our pool. Calcium had built up for at least 5 years. It didn't come off with the scrubber like the instructions said, but after using a wire cup brush and a cordless drill at least 95% was gone. Took about 6 hrs to do 80 to 100 ft of tile with about 2 1/2" of build-up.Never found another product that did anything.

This product does what it is advertised it will do.
Easy of use and did not damage my glass tile or pool balance

Get's the first layer, but have to continue to apply to get it all off.
Did not stay on long enough to get all the calcium off

No better than CLR
We used the product on this particular section three times over about a week. The tile on the left side of the picture is untreated. After each application, it looked like the product worked - until it was completely dried. All totaled, we used about 2/3 of a gallon over this and other small areas before determining that the product did not work as advertised.

Horrible
Didn't work! The only thing it did was leave my grout and tile hazy. It said on the label may require several applications to achieve results. After the first attempt I could already tell it wasn't going to work! I feel like I got ripped off!
