Sweet devotional, but has a lot of typographical errors

My boyfriend and I have started reading these daily devotionals together and we have thoroughly enjoyed reading them, however, they are awfully short reads and there's not a whole lot of discussion afterward about it. I wish it had more than just the one piece of scripture attached at the very beginning. Like you go all the way through to the discussion question and it also includes something that says, "Go read XX," would have been nice. I think coupling this book with another devotional would be better than just reading it on its own. We started reading the devotional, briefly discussing it, then reading through a chapter of the Bible together as well and having more discussion about that. That has worked better for us. Overall, rather pleased, but wish it could have been a bit more expansive.

I purchased this as an anniversary gift for a deacon at my church and his wife.It is a quality devotional and nicely bound. The cover is especially elegant and each page has a nice, tactile feel to it. I was impressed with the quality of each devotion and I know this has been greatly appreciated as a gift.

Bought this for my friends engagement party as a gift and they loved it! Super meaningful gift for couples preparing for marriage. Prayers are short, sweet & thoughtful. Will definitely be buying this again!

This is a great book for couples, at the end of each passage there's a question for both parties to answer. But I fine it to also be an intimate moment for me and my husband because we are currently unable to see each other do to incarceration, and it seems to bring us closer together. It's also great for him because it helps him in his journey to recovery and maintaining his faith in this hard time for us.

I bought two of these to read over the phone nightly with my boyfriend who is out of town. We enjoy it most evening and it often leads to further discussion. The one down side is many of the questions at the end repeat over and over again.
