Got this for my dad for Father’s Day and he’s obsessed! Great if you love crosswords and he says it’s keeping his mind active.

I got this for my Mom so she can quite chasing random newspaper puzzles around her home. Also, that they are marked by day of the week, she can pick the level of difficulty she attempts, and avoid those horrid Saturday puzzles altogether. It's also helpful to have the solutions in the back to help with those vexing "popular culture" clues. Nice size, good paper. Good job!

For the uninitiated, this puzzle book is really as it it titled. A puzzle every day and in the same fashion as the newspaper, the level of difficulty starts with the easiest on Mon and gets progressively harder by Sat. Sunday's puzzle is bigger or longer but isn't necessarily the hardest.I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas who is an avid crossword puzzler and has recently started on the phone apps. This gives her the same engagement and allows her to take a break with old school paper and pen or have it with her on trips and cruises where she may not always have the best phone connection.

I am TRYING to keep my mom's brain STRONG and she has always loved NYT crossword puzzles. This compilation is wonderful . It features a variety of easy, medium and hard puzzles, just like the newspaper does from day to day. My mom LOVES it and she is quite picky. At age 89 I think she has the right to be picky LOL!!! Overall, I highly recommend this book!

Big NYT crossword puzzle book fan so I was delighted to find this easy-to-hard volume to tackle. One of the best compilations of their daily puzzles they have offered.
