Perks me up in the morning but calming at night. Love the flavor! Somehow, this tea evens everything out for me. I brew it in a cast iron teapot. It is my perfect go to drink.

So I bought the Butterfly Pea Flower on a recommendation from an herbalist. I don’t like tea. In fact I can’t have most read bc I don’t process caffeine properly. Even the most minuscule amount makes me insanely hyper. So I needed one that wasn’t augmented with Black or Green Tea. I have tried it twice now & while the test without honey is not pleasant, with honey it is spectacularly good. I used Elderberry Honey from a small business a few hours away & let me tell you how amazing it was! Just blew me out of the water! I LOVE it & its 110*F outside right now. I don’t do warm drinks until it’s like 60 but dang did this help me! The reason I decided to get some to try is due to the medicinal properties that include:Enhanced memory, cognitive ability, creativity, and motivation, Reduces stress, anxiety, and depressionTranquilizing and sedative, with anti-convulsive properties, Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. I slept amazing last night, had actual REM sleep (which I rarely get) & I even remembered some of them! I have anxiety about sleeping bc of CPTSD & the night terrors that come with that particular crap show. But it went very well!

Love pea flowers in tea and the quality here is great. Was able to get 3 brews out of my steep.

I made a tea with product. Although a quality product, I wasn't aware of the "wood" taste that it has besides the licorice essences. :/
