Beautiful craftmanship
After unpacking sink my contractor discovered a hairline crack on the drain board. Amazon worked with me to return this 150# bulky sink setting up UPS pickup from my home and a complete refund to my account for the purchase. All this even after the return date had passed.Thank you Amazon for all your help.

Cracked - don't buy
Item arrived shattered the first time. Arranged for a replacement and it has arrived cracked as well. Luckily it was on the back of the sink. Its 80lbs so returning this item is a total pain in the ass.
