I used Frizz Ease when I was younger (teens/early 20s) and then drifted away toward higher end brands. I recently ordered this on a whim and am now not sure why I ever stopped! It honestly works better than brands that cost 2-4x the price. It is not heavy on the hair and it really does control frizz - and that’s true whether I wear my hair straight or curly (I have long, fine hair that is naturally wavy so can be styled either way). It leaves my hair soft and it doesn’t add any grease between washes. I like the spray feature and find it very easy to use. I just ordered the serum to have something to travel with.

I am really impressed with what this product can do. I put it in my damp hair before blow drying, and then used my GHD flat irons straight afterwards. The historical part for me was that I only needed ONE pass with the straighteners for each section of hair I ran them through. I normally have to pass them through twice because I have thick / wavy hair, so this saved a LOT of time and it was also super sleek and soft. I hadn't had much luck with heat protection / straightening spray since moving countries, and I'd lost hope that I would ever find one that worked for me again. This, at least for me, has worked beautifully.The ONLY thing I really dislike about this product is the smell. It smells horrible. Not very nice at all. Thankfully, it is only evident when you initially spray it and when you blow dry your hair. But so far, that is the only negative I can come up with. I can tolerate several minutes of bad smell for an outstanding result.

This is an amazing product. Now, I don't really have curly hair at all - it's mostly straight with a slight wave, but tends to get extremely frizzy. I sprayed this on damp hair, blow dried it straight and then straightened with my flat iron. I noticed that my hair became straighter easier - I didn't have to pass the flat iron through my hair so many times. Most days, my hair has kinks in it by lunchtime, and the ends are all flipped out. That day, it stayed perfectly straight all day! I was so impressed. I didn't expect it to last overnight, however. What usually happens is I put it in a ponytail and go to sleep, then wake up with waves EVERYWHERE, having to straighten it again (20 mins) or take a shower and then blowdry and straighten (45 mins). This time? Not a wave in sight. I didn't even have to style my hair at all that day and that was so amazingly refreshing. I just brushed it, put some dry shampoo in the roots and left. I am so looking forward to having a ton of time in my mornings to make a smoothie or take my dog for a longer walk. The third day, my hair was really greasy (I usually wash my hair every day) but still amazingly straight!Overall, I am so so so satisfied with this product. It didn't feel sticky or gross at all, and I didn't get product buildup. If that happened to you then I would recommend spraying less in - you don't need much.

So, I decided to try this product because it's supposed to control frizzy hair. It did work, even on my hair type but, only if it was an extremely low humidity day. I have to be at work early every morning and the last thing I want to worry about is my hair! I can do it or re-do it but, afterwards, I have to start my day. I have a silk cap and everything but, once I took it off because again, I'm at work, moisture in the air would make contact with my hair and it would immediately puff out and frizz like an extremely dry sponge being exposed to water for the first time in months!!!! I work with the public!!!!! I can't be looking like I just got out of bed!!!! Sometimes, my boss would look at me and I'm like sorry, I did do my hair today! I do it every single day. So, it's inexpensive, which is why I purchased it. I'm African American with a thick head of hair and I do get it permed. Maybe I'll try another product but, it just goes to show that with some products, you just can't skimp on!!!!! If you gotta pay, you gotta pay.

This product really surprised me. I have shoulder length, very thick, curly hair. I sprayed the product into my hair and then applied it to each section I was going to straighten. After using this product, my hair felt like I had just walked out of a silk press salon. I’ve been straightening my hair for years and I’ve tested so many products out there to achieve silky hair. This stuff doesn’t weigh your hair down, leaves it shiny and smells so good. And my hair was able to withstand cloudy, rainy weather. I am happy to finally say I have found a product that works and gives me silk press results. Will be purchasing the full size bottle!
