It would have been helpful to have screws to fit the lock, it now means that I have to order the screws to fit this lock since I will be the one fitting it, even if there was a leaflet telling me what size to buy?

The media could not be loaded.  First impression was excellent, but it broke after first slam shut in the wind. Giving this product a second chance, purely on vendor reputation, I’ve bought another one, it arrives tomorrow (25-Sep-20), time will tell. Hopefully it was just a blip in manufacturing quality control.

A really robust and chunky latch with a good galvanised coating. The sort of thing you could have bought in a High Street Ironmongers fifty years ago. Will last longer than me.
