A cheap sterling silver chain. No 14k stamp to be found.I don’t trust that it’s real or genuine. Wish I would have noticed the carats discrepancy before purchase.What I will be doing: returning the product.

The pendant arrived in a gift box that had filth in it, presumably from the dirty hands of a warehouse person. Nothing arrived other than the pendant, in a box. No product description, no receipt, no "certificate of authenticity," nothing. Meanwhile this high quality aquamarine gemstone has zero sparkle, major occlusions, and has no aqua color in it whatsoever. If I didn't know better (and I don't) I would assume it's a 5 cent piece of clear plastic. I've seen costume jewelry made for 5-year-olds that has more bling than this.Meanwhile I'm giving his 2 stars instead of 1 because surprisingly, the chain that comes with it is a step above what you normally get.

I purchased this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. I loved it. I wish the chain were of greater quality, but I believe they consider it to be "free," with purchase of the pendant, so based on that mentality the chain was adequate. The pendant was of good quality and was also pretty. I would recommend this product.

I gave this to my daughter as a gift. The stone is pretty, (mostly purple) and I love the cushion cut. It is a nice size and classy, not gaudy.My 4 star rating is for this reason: for the price, the chain should be at least 10k like the setting and not sterling silver. I should have read the description more closely. It would have affected my decision to purchase this piece and I would have returned it for that reason alone if it hadn't arrived so close to Christmas. Additionally, while not necessarily the sellers fault, it sat in a shipping depot 50 miles away for several days before arriving, although it did arrive on the date promised.I am pleased with the stone and setting, but disappointed in the chain metal. A lesson for me to read descriptions more carefully.

the pendant is beautiful. i was disappointed that what I thought was a gold box chain in fact is gold plated silver. I have metal allergies. silver causes sores and infection. this should be better discribed. the price should have been a clue. my husband got it for my Christmas. he had to go buy another chain.

It is pretty, but did not come with the certificate of authenticity. Since I bought it as a gift, I need to be sure of its quality, and I’m not happy about having to return it.

First off I’d like to say that the necklace itself arrived in good condition and looks alright. That being said, the box was damaged and the packaging did not include the certificate of authenticity. The top half of the box arrived misaligned with the bottom half and the material covering the hinge was torn. The necklace was also upside down in the box. I checked the shipping bag and found no certificate inside.

I bought this necklace for my girlfriend thinking it would be a great gift. After a couple times wearing it, a rash began to develops on her neck from the chain not being real silver. They are lying about what materials are being put into their product and clearly cheapening them at the expense of the customers health. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product.

Chain too short and is uncomfortable around your neck at this length if you lie downItchy when sweating and it turned copper although I was sent a certificate of authenticity. It took 3 weeks to change its color and it made sense why it itches as it wasn’t real gold and I’m allergic to items that are not goldTwists up a lot

I bought it for a gift for the girlfriend on valentine's day. I knew ahead of time it would be pretty small more than likely because of the price alone. The picture is deceiving for sure but they do that so you can actually see it close up.

This was a gift to a very dear friend and she absolutely loved it. This necklace is lovely and worth every cent I paid for it.

The necklace arrived very quickly. It looks better than the picture.
