This pen is a brilliant product which I have been incredibly happy with . it looks professional comes in a quality box, writes beautifully, perfect weight and is not hugely expensive so great value for money.

I bought the pen just over 2 years ago and the clip broke so i thought i would just see if it was replacable under warranty not expecting much as the fault could arguably be considered a wear and tear issue. I had an immediate response from Catherine at Schriver and was so pleased to find out they would replace the pen even though it was after warranty had expired. Quick communication and excellent customer service.
