I purchased this for my son’s b’day, which is New Years Day..43YO..my mum,(his grandmother), was a WWII war bride from Twickenham UK..she passed years before he was born..I named him Devon, for the simply reason “it just felt right”…unbeknown to me, my grand papa (my Mums father, whom I met once when I was 2YO) was born in Devon UK…and all the living members of my British family thought I named him after his Great grand papa ..which I had no idea of when he was born. It was only when it was mentioned to me when my son was 22yrs old…what a revelation! So when I saw this offering, I KNEW it would be the perfect gift..AND..to just add the cherry to the top of this incredible story (well I think so☺️) …when I received it, read the information enclosed, I was stunned, yet again…my grand papas home village is about 6 miles from this land! So in answer to your questions…giftable?…absolutely…value for money?…it is absolutely priceless to me..and will be to my son when he receives it New Years Day 2022…I had NO IDEA of the “where” it was, (only in England) or had never HEARD of such a offer….But I believe, with all my heart, I was led to this whole wonderful experience by someone/something larger than me…to keep my Mums family connected to their grandchildren/great grandchildren they never knew…Thank you, with all my heart, for offering this extraordinary opportunity..to many, it may seem to be just a “really neat idea for a gift”…but to me, it has turned into something so VERY much more!Merry Christmas, and a wonderful New Year!Susan

It might be a little speck of land, but it is well worth it for a gift. Especially if you know someone that likes to share stories of things they have.

My sister said she wanted a flat in the UK for her birthday. I bought her this "flat" piece of paper that coincides to a piece of property in the UK. I'd say I nailed it as far as fulfilling her wish 🤣 but in all honesty, she absolutely loved her gift and was shocked. I'm sure we will be purchasing and gifting many more pieces of property in the future.

It’s so hard to find a gift that my mother will love but this delighted her! Such a fun gift and it turned out the land was not far from where an old friend of hers lives.

My family members that I bought this for go to England a lot. They love it over there. When I found this I just need it would be the perfect gift for them. I was right!! They can’t wait to go find their land and have a picnic with some tea.

we bought this for our dad. He has everything and we were drawing blanks...He's from England and we saw this, laughed and said "nailed it" it goes without saying that our dad loved it though it was a neat gesture. And was super impressed it was real land 👏

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 12 yr old grandson who is UK obsessed!! I can not wait to hear his excitement with this land purchase 😍 what a fabulous gift!!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my son who has traveled to Europe many times from California, USA. He was not impressed. Judging by the photo it looked like there was a mug or cup with the British flag on it. I realize due to the size it's just a novelty gift. Unfortunately it may be money wasted.
