Great loaf of bread! Will order again. I added some flax seed and rolled oats for texture and because I felt guilty using a mix, but the finished loaf got rave reviews. It was faster than when I make bread from scratch. Easy way to try something new. Good ingredients. I cooked in my oven and it took longer to bake than package directions said as I had to bake for an hour.
