im not sure how well it's working yet but I trust Dr. Wilson's products and I take a few of them so I trust this is doing it's job also.I haven't been sick since I started taking it over a month ago, if that helps...I will update..

Great product.

Even if I forget to take all my pills I never forget this one! I am a teacher and have a little one of my own so sickness is abundant around me. However since taking this (about a year) neither my daughter or I have gotten sick. The key to this product is consistancy. You can not take it only when you feel a cold coming on. Take the time to take it everyday and you won't regret it!

Although I have never understood the contents nor purpose of this item, it was strongly recommended to me by an outstanding health food consultant. That was well over 20 years ago and I never miss a day of taking it. I have to say that I haven't had a cold in that entire time. I firmly believe it keeps me healthy.
