Delta Creative 18 Color Ceramcoat Acrylic Paint Set, 2 oz, Pastels

These are great for the color variety and opaqueness of the consistency of coverage. The paint is thick enough for you to use as is or to thin out to create washes or layers of color. Also great for dry brushing. My students and I use these and other brands. We Tend to prefer these a lot. As an artist I would turn my nose down to these crafty paints. But my students and I have different brands -(trying to keep this economical , most high school students can’t afford pricy paint).. we love this brand the most so far.

I am familiar with this product, so was pretty confident ordering this set. I ordered the "pastel" pallette, and the colors are pretty nice. The quality is what I would expect, I am painting designs over a grey wall and it's taking two coats for coverage, which is pretty acceptable to me.

The colors that you see in the photo are absolutely true to what you receive. I love all of these colors!

I bought these for miniature painting and I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for that, but they were very cheap and were fine for learning. I have moved to more expensive and specialized paints, but I still use these for basecoats and some of the minis I did with them look fine.

Paint is thick, does not move well.

These paints are simply amazing! Bright and beautiful colors that easily mix to create any hue. They hold up well especially on porous surfaces, yet wash clean easily off of hands. With a drop of dish detergent and a tiny scrub brush, I even removed dried paint from an upholstered chair! I have used them to paint on wooden surfaces, canvasses, walls, and terra cotta! The bottles are two ounces each. I suggest you buy an extra black and white also, as I find that I use them on almost every project.

I bought these to paint fake rocks for our garden water feature. The paint applied easily and what is amazing is that is is withstanding our rain and weather (Oregon). We did use a sealer after painting. The rocks look amazingly real next to actual real rocks.

I like Delta Ceramcoat acrylic paints. They have a creamy consistency and provide excellent coverage. This particular selection contains a nice variety of colors at a reasonable price.
