I recommend this item. I have another microderm machine, and its got "levels" for suction power, this one having a knob makes it much easier to adjust, and it does allow for pretty high suction, if its turned that high. Its bigger than I was expecting, but not too big, I can keep on counter while using.Its not that expensive, only thing I think I will have to buy once in a while are the tips and those looks like can be purchased on amazon.

It works really well. It's much more powerful than the first one I had.This comes with 3 pen handles, 9 diamond head attachments, the hose, 3 packs of large 8-20 mm filters, 3 packs of small 10-11mm, 2 fuses and an English manual.The large filter goes on the machine under where you attach the hose and the small pre-filter goes on the diamond head before attaching it to the handle.This is a fantastic microdermabrasion set. You can set up the three handles with your most used diamond heads and then they're ready to use when you need them.This is a great buy!

I’m an esthetician just starting out and wanted a good microderm machine that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. This is a great machine for the money! It’s nice and compact, has great quality diamond tips, comes with a bunch of filters, and all the tubing and attachments you’ll need to give a great treatment.

Machine works great, very easy to use and instructions are easy to follow for target areas and issues.

I can not say enough times how much I love my Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine! I am not an esthetician, but my girlfriend who is, taught me how to use this machine. I got this with high hopes that it would work like a professional one, but it fell short of doing its job. Personally, I dont think it works. My face has all this dry skin but when I use it there is no skin being removed. I have a feiend that purchased a hand held one thatvwas very cheap and it worked 100% than this one. I would advise anyone to skip this one and get one that actually works

This is a really great machine for weekly at-home use! Sure, the suction power at the med spa is probably better, but you will pay as much as this machine for just one visit! I use it weekly and it's changed my skin for the better. I can't say enough good things about this - and the diamond head attachments are really great too! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. :-)
