We were on the fence about buying this because of other people reviewing that the glass arrived broken. Ours arrived in perfect condition. It's great quality and you can truly decide how far down you want it to hang. We have it on a dimmer so we can make it ambient or massive light show. Love it!

I liked the style of the lighting for my kitchen. The metal was aluminum so it was much lighter than I expected. It was also slightly rusted at the faceplate that connects to the ceiling. The lightweight metal is good especially if your junction box is plastic; however I would have preferred a slightly heavier metal.

This item has very poor quality. The finish is not nice and has marks all over it. Where the lightbulb screws in it is white and plastic and looks cheesy. Other lamps have a matching finished price covering this. I will say it is pictured this way on the website. I just didn’t notice it. The worst part is that when I contacted the company they blamed it on one of their employees and told me he was “punished”. That made me sick. Maybe the word was lost in translation, I certainly hope so. They did send me a $50 refund , but then told me that they were aware of the problem so there was no need for me to leave a review. This whole thing just feels uncomfortable to me.

The directions weren’t too clear. In a sense somewhat confusing. It was tricky getting the poles lined up easy. But, after figuring it out!We love the fixture and installed a dimmer after using the vintage bulbs!

Beautiful

We got this light to put above our dining table to go for more of a modern look. The directions were 4 steps and zero help. It took around 1.5-2 hours to install and an hour of it was trying to figure out how to get the parts together so we could hang it (and my husband is familiar with electrical and lighting). Then when screwing in the light bulbs one of the sockets kept spinning and wouldn't tighten. Could tell it was cheaply made. We eventually got it up but would not have purchased it, if we knew we would have had that many issues.

We had an experienced contractor come and he had a rough time putting it together. The alignment was off (see pix) and after a few tries, it was still crooked. The thread, materials, were all cheap quality. We had to return it.

Love the fixture, was a little dirty when unpacking, and the instructions for install weren’t easy to follow. Pretty sure it wasn’t even the right light fixture on the instructions, but if you have decent basic knowledge you can figure it out. Otherwise, great value, and love the light.

This is a nice light, but had a good bend in it from poor packaging. I was able to get most of the arch out of it with my foot, and it looks very nice. Does not appear to be CSA or CuL approved though.

Easy to install and different hangar lengths allow for good height selection.

Great looking contemporary lighting. Needed one for my dining room area and this match my decor perfectly.
