Ive tried two different types of bulbs in this thing and just can not get much light out of it. I think it has a lot to do with the color of the inside of the globes. If your not trying to light a hole room like I was, you'll probably like it ok.

Looks nice. However, the mounting plate and size of base are so small, that you would have to have perfectly cut sheetrock and mounting box for this to cover electrical. Also it reads 10w max e12 candelabra bulbs. I put 40 watt bulbs in and it still works but it's so dim still. This is barely even useful for an accent light. Hardly something you'd want hard wired or expect any real utility out of. Looks great as a nice light. Or maybe would be great to light a hall painting.Recommended not buying unless you want a cute accent light and that's all. Hardly worth the money, as it should be cheaper and more accurately described. Looks great. But it's more of a cute accent light at best.

These would be great in a dramatic dark room. I put these above my teal cabinets and they looked TERRIBLE due to the bright gold inside. The gold really should only be paired with a very specific color pallet. I ended up painting the inside though & love them. They don’t put off a ton of light even after trying many various bulbs. They could work in a lot of spaces none the less & would pair great with a black wall for a gorgeous moody ambiance.

Very functional, fits the space I need great. Easy to install, and brightness is adjustable with the bulbs used. These lights look great with the Edison style bulbs.

I'm in the process of finishing my basement and bought a few of these to put in. They were packaged pretty good and came pretty quickly. They are also fairly easy to install. The insides are gold and I bought LED 2700k warm light bulbs which together with the gold inside give off a dim yellow light that's easy on the eyes but that was the look we wanted in the basement. If you like it brighter, definitely go with a brighter bulb. Overall, the price is unbeatable and the lights get the job done.

For the price, this light is a good bang-for-your-buck. The pictures, however, grossly exaggerate the size (as do the written dimensions!). The description claims 30.5'' wide. The rail is like 26'', and even with the lights spread as far as possible, the overall width is still more like 29.5''. In the example pics, imagine the furniture as a little kid's playset. That gives you a better sense of scale.
