Huge, stunning fountain!
Absolutely love this fountain! Way bigger than I thought it would be based on the product pictures. The only thing that is a little hard to get used to is the sound of the water as it kind of sounds like a toilet running lol! Still highly recommend.

2-tier Stone-look: heavier fountain, solid material & 2-3mm thick pump water tubing is a solid plus
The media could not be loaded. I've had this for two solid days, now in the third day and so far so good, it functions as it is supposed to. It has a solid, heavy-duty structure, bottom that sits on the floor seems cut to balance, was simple to put together. There are two triangles cut, one into the underside of the bowl, and one on top of the stand part, as to making sure that you have lined up both pieces correctly and to their tightest position, where it will not turn anymore. The birds have two dip cups on the top bowl's edge that the bird's base just slide onto and you can turn them to the direction you want, or not even use them if you prefer. As for what type of bird those are, I have no idea yet, I am looking into Google for that now. As for putting it all together I believe I started with the stand and the large bowl, then feeding the pump's power cord through the top and down to the stand's bottom and out to my power source as seen in my video I've provided. There is a little cut-out notch to feed the power cord where the stand meets your floor or ground as to not getting pinched or worn out from the weight of the water fountain and being moved, plus the cut-out notch is there so it sits level on the floor/ground. The color of the resin unit's grays and tan matches my lighter orange cedar and the gray of my house's color. As for how long the pump lasts we will see. I will update my feedback when it goes out and is in need of a new one. As to the pump, it is pretty strong, and the thick, flexible translucent tubing that the water flows through is about 3/4" and 2-3 mm in thickness, that is heavy-duty, unlike others. With the suction cups, they don't really want to suction onto the bigger bowl's surface, but it isn't making any sort of buzz or whirring sound. Just don't forget to slide the tubing that comes from the small bowl (attached very firmly to it btw) and slide it over the pump's outlet stem (like I did lol). The fountain bowls were already filled with water and my hand's were wet, so putting the tube onto the pump was sort of difficult to maneuver as it was slippery and it fits tight around the pump's outlet stem. You can add more slack so your your hands can get the tube onto the pump's stem. I didn't bother to look at the manual to put it together (lol) as it's so easy to do. I probably did all of it in the wrong order being as the tubing part was difficult to get attached, it being all put together already lol :) It takes just over a 1-gallon pitcher of water and it hasn't really evaporated in the last two days, it hasn't been too hot or too windy either. In southcentral Alaska, days are in mid 70 temps/nights 60s this July and two partial overcast days (clouds). As for birds so far, the neighborhood chickadees, red polls, magpies, and the squirrel that's lived in our family's greenbelt for 20+ years, all that I leave out birdseed and water for are intrigued by it. It's new for them, so I understand their skepticism. I'll give them some time to know it is safe and not a trap of any sort. As I said, if the pump goes out, I will update my review. Sorry for the blurriness and shakiness at times in my video for it, swaying of my phone's camera as well. It was hard to see in the sunlight, maneuver my tape measure and sitting down to get the right angle at the same time, plus remembering everything I wanted to point out lol. Just remember to keep an eye on its water level and fill the fountain as needed, as the pump can burn out if the water level evaporates below its needed height to suction the water up the tube. I keep mine at 1/2" to a 1" from the big bowl's top edge. The price was sort of high ($164.98) it has went down about $5 since my purchase on June 29, 2022, but it is better than most of this size that are provided on Amazon. Good luck. No qualms here as of yet, it's definitely a good fountain, comparatively. And shipping, that only took 1-week to receive: ordered June 29, 2022 and received on my doorstep July 6, 2022. Not disappointed whatsoever :)Update: August 3, 2022It's been just over a month have the fountain on every day. No problems with the pump until just a few days ago I noticed the flow at the top wasn't as strong and lost some of its trickle water sound and force of fall into the bottom 2nd tier bowl. I just unscrewed the top from the bottom layed it on its side and dumped it out off my balcony. I then used a 1 gallon drink pitcher to scrub it all out with a stiff dishes brush while pouring the water from the pitcher. It had green slimy algae build up in the black suction pump's water intake reservoir vent and causes the pump's suction to decrease making the above bubbler flow just barely to bubble. After the thorough scrub, even underneath the bowl that covers the pump and anywhere where the water touches or reaches. I filled it back up with clean water and its actually bubbling up a little more, making more water trickle noise as well than when I first got it last month. If the water pump goes out at all I will just purchase another. It recommends to have a 120 or higher, not by much though. The ad will show the spray height, as in feet (1' - 3' feet or above the pump itself). With a 120 pump, such as this one says it is, and where the pump sits in the lower larger bowl, I'd say that's about a 9" (inch) water push-up rise in strength to the top where we see the water come out. Who knows when the cease of the pump will occur though. I will update if and/or when that happens. As for cleaning with just a brush and water, it seems to work fine now, if not better. Amazon or other store do sell anti-algae drops for fountains, but I think I will just wait, one because I'm not entirely sure that is safe for birds, squirrels or other animals that do come by for a drink. The second photo shows our neighborhood squirrel that's been here for 20 years, if not more, in our neighborhood's green belt next to my house. He's been here so long I've named him "Chip" he seems to like it more than the birds do.Update: August 4, 2022: The third uploaded photo shows after I cleaned out the slimy green algae build-up yesterday in both basin bowls and around the pump after just a month outdoors, including brushing its vent that suctions up the water from the bottom basin and brings it to the top to fountain out (big tier) and I cleaned anywhere the water touches inside the bowls, where the pump sits. I turned it on today and by doing this yesterday the fountain's suction force has gotten even stronger, bringing the water fountain's plume/spray of water up about 4" (inches) and in a different spray pattern as well.

Pretty but difficult.
As described. Looks great. Works well. But it is very hard to assemble one of the steps! The hose you are suppose to attach the pump to is smaller than the pump part. And you have to get your hands inside the bowl. I actually have bruises on the back of my hand and wrist from trying to get the pump inside the tube. I gave up and tried to call for help, but no one answered. After a very long struggle, I finally got it mostly the way in.Hopefully that will be enough. There’s got to be a better way!

So disappoonted!
This fountain checked off all the boxes (charming look, perfect size) for a small garden in a protected corner of my backyard. I purchased it last June, 2020, and enjoyed it for several months before winterizing it (empty water, unplug it, & cover). To my dismay, I discovered multiple cracks causing severe leaks when I tried to use it for the first time last week. I've left voice messages which have gone unanswered by Glitzhome. I wasted $150 on a fountain that the company claimed would last a long time but, in reality, lasted less than 6 months. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY and purchase something else.

Very nice. Easy to install & set up. Highly recommend.
This fountain immediately caught my eye when I saw it. It is a bit smaller than I liked but it is easy to set up and operate. Haven't seen any critters on/in it yet, but sure they will use it when they get used to it. Highly recommend it. Despite the high price, it is very nice looking and seems well made.

Assembly easy
Just what I was looking for. Easy assembly, doesn’t waste water, birds love it.

It’s lovely.
Not as loud as I wanted but it is a beauty. Easy to assemble took me about 30 minutes from the beginning of opening the box to plugging in. Definitely recommend it
