Bought to replace Menor brand that we have had trouble getting.They are better quality then the Melnor and like the ease of connecting better

I have had Garden hose connectors for years and when I needed more I wanted no other connectors. Their ease of use and durability are great and I am not into screwing on a hose every time I want to use a hose. I highly recommend Garden hose connectors.

Pretty good. Would recommend getting the brass. Leaks a little.

Works just fine. Are plastic and pretty inexpensive so not expecting especially long life but then have spares from the set if they do need replacement.

I was initially concerned with the fittings being made of plastic rather than brass or other metal.My concerns have evaporated as the connections have all been secure and leak-free. As a bonus, the plastic being lighter weight makes for a lighter hose.I particularly like that the kit includes several pieces of each type of fitting (male or female hose end to male or female quick connect), allowing you to handle all types of situations. The kit also includes washers to finish a leak-free installation.I chose the blue color, which has no impact on function, but matches my hose better.The fittings connect positively and appear solidly made and durable. Looking forward to years of service.

I had a bunch of these in green by a different manufacturer. Those did not come with extra washers, so had problems with leaking, especially on a particular nozzles. Replaced the green one with one of the blue ones. I noticed that the blue one seemed to insert further, so assumed it wouldn't leak. It still did. So, I inserted one of the washers that are included in this set, screwed the quick-connect piece back in, and - voila! - no more leaking. I think this is a decent product and recommend it, but at $16-17, they still seems like they are over-priced by a couple of bucks...but they work.If you haven't used quick-connects and are still dragging things around the yard and struggling to screw them on, try something like this all-inclusive package of plastic connectors. This particular set has pretty much everything you need (except maybe plumber's tape for the spigot, which they could have included for this price) and you will never go back. Just remember to try them like they are made of plastic, or they can snap off. I've only had that happen once, though, when I mishandled an oscillating sprayer (OK, I dropped the d@mn thing, OK, Honey? I dropped it. I'm sorry! :-) )
