Disappointing communication with company
The ornament was beautiful. However there was a mix-up and the order was duplicated. I wasn't able to cancel the duplicate order therefore I ended up with a 2nd ornament I didn't need but had to pay for.

It was 'ok'. It came as the picture showed but wasn't really of high quality. Didn't pay a lot for it though, so I guess it was expected.
