I pinned the star to one of my cowboy hats, that I wear on our pontoon, commemorates my great uncle, who was a Texas Ranger.

This badge is very well made and not the typical toy badge many sell. Excellent for The Lone Ranger dress up for cosplay and parties.

I bought this badge a few years back as well as just a few days ago . The one I got a few years ago was silver in color with a stationary back attaching pin , I liked that one . The new one is goldish in color with a swivel pin , to me it's a downgrade of the first.

Nice badge, kind of small but most Ranger badges are.

For Christmas, I outfitted 7 grandsons as old-West lawmen. I bought vests, shirts, guns, holsters, and boots. For my grandson Walker, I had to buy a Texas Ranger badge. I also bought them for two grandchildren who live in Texas. This is a nice heavy, sturdy badge. My grandchildren love wearing it on their vests. I wish the authentic safety pin could be replaced with push pins and clasps (turtle pins) for straighter application.
