Our church added livestream in 2020 but we were noticing you couldn't hear the sending prayer from the back of the church (we would process to the back where the un-mic'd assistant minister recites a sending prayer). We added this at the back and it's proven much more useful than just for the AM sending prayer. We used it for a choir concert we hosted and it really completed the audio experience for livestreamer viewers as the choir entered the sanctuary walking under this microphone and you could hear the individuals walk past singing which made the viewer feel like they were right there in the audience.

I use this (as one of 4) hanging from the ceiling in a conference room. I have had no problems with it. It does what is is designed to do. It delivers pretty crisp sound -- I am recording discussion groups, so it is all talking with no music or singing. For my purposes, this is a really good value.

This mic has tons of useful applications - orchestras, vocal, other performances. I have used this mic for everything from string sections to comedy performances. The sound is great but it picks up whatever is going on in the vicinity of the mic - for example, when hanging for an orchestra make sure that any air vents are not in the vicinity and make sure that any air streams don't cross it's path or else you'll end up with a crazy wooshing sound for the price. Other than that, this is a great product in the price range, I have found that you really can't go wrong with Audio-Technica products.

Pleased, we use these in a conference room for meetings to pick up all voices in the room. They are mounted overhead and slightly in front of where we expect participants to sit. For the price, they are fantastic.

Purchased to hang over our small church choir so they could be heard over Zoom. We’ve been very happy with it!

the mic looks real good, I cant seem to pick up much sound, Im sure it is the building where I put it,but the mic is good.

These work really well! I accidentally drilled through the shielding of the one (don't ask) and it still works great after a bit of electrical tape. These are really small and while I should have gotten the white ones (to blend better), the quality is really good.
