Nice bike rack. Holds my bike securely. Very sturdy and dosent move around after I put on hitch stabalizers. A must have item to take up the slop in the hitch. Easy to fold up by lostening the knobs then retighten. Everything is easily adjusted for most bikes. I used the bumper mount on my RV (not shown). That also is very sturdy. May add photos later. It's very important to tighten all the hand knobs when traveling or they could fall off with just road vibration. Also remove battery pack during transport for product weight limits. Especially for two e-bikes. It is also handy to mark the location of the tire wells on the bar for easy re-use after folding.

Purchased the BC-202. Delivery was on time (actually a day early), all parts were accounted for, fasteners were all properly threaded. I’m not a weld inspector but to the untrained eye the welds appeared clean and smooth, finish was good. Assembly was easy. All holes aligned properly. I’ve never seen a lock washer sandwiched between 2 flat washers as for the horizontal and vertical tube assemble so there could have been a little more detail in the instructions or at least a slightly larger illustration but easy enough to figure out when I had 3 extra washers. I did find it curious that the parts list showed some inch fasteners and some metric but everything matched up. In an abundance of caution I put a dab of thread lock on the eye bolt at the top of the vertical tube. I will use an additional safety strap to secure the bikes on the rack only because I once lost a bike on the interstate out of a different style carrier and it made me a little squirrelly. A hitch anti rattle/stabilizer would have been a nice bonus. The folding shank has holes for 3 positions but appears that only 2 are used unless I missed something Considering racks of this type sell for $80-$800 this is good quality at a good price.

This unit is nice and heavy duty. Folds up and still clears my spare tire on our rv. I used the trailer mounted hitch.

Easy setup and very universal.

From the assembly and mounting both bicycles, it's a very good product. Time will tell, of the durability.

I assembled and installed this in less than thirty minutes during winter weather, and transported a mountain bike from Wisconsin to Texas and back. I found the device to be both sturdy and also incorporate useful functionality. For example, I like the ability to fold up the sides when no bike is being transported. It was also strong enough for me to stand on (on one side or the other) when I needed to step up.

I have no assembled it yet, but it appears to be very sturdy. It is a Christmas gift, I think it will be very appreciated. Looks like an excellent bike holder.

This fit our trailer perfectly. We drove across Canada and back with absolutely no problems. Bikes were easy to load and unload. I would highly recommend this product.

it has a major design flaw in that the housing is welded squarely to mounting plate which prevents the plate sliding back far enough to install the bolts, however the supplier has assured me that the housing can be installed under the bumper. The metal is all heavy duty and appears well constructed. The only thing I do not like are the velcro straps supplied to help secure the tires in place. Velcro is O.K. when new but wears out over time.
