I tried this thing out of my neck first and was surprised at how much it helped. You simply stretch it open put it where you want it and move it back and forthI did try it on my thigh as well. Roll it back and forth and just and let the little roller balls do the work.It comes with a nice information sheet that shows you where you can use it and how.I think anybody that lifts weights would love this thing after a workout.Basically it's really easy to use it's effective and you can use it a lot of places you wouldn't think possible.If you're skeptical I think you should try it out and you'll be surprised just how good this thing is! I'm glad I did

お風呂上がりにコロコロやってます。元の足が足なので痩せるかどうかはわかりませんが、むくみがとれて翌朝の「だるおも感」はなくなります。太もものセルライトが潰れるように念じながら、引き続きコロコロやってみます。

ふくらはぎと太ももが太くてセルライトと浮腫み予防に購入してみました値段の割に意外としっかりしていて、持った感じはずっしりとしていて安定しています。締め付け具合も、締め付け過ぎずちょうどいい感じ血行が良くなりそうです。
