Worth the splurge.
This vinegar is wonderful. I have two salad dressing recipes that I make with it and really wouldn't use anything else. It's almost yummy enough to just sip by itself. First bought it on a trip at a specialty store. Was thrilled to find I could get it through Amazon.

This is so light and delicious. It is now mine go – to salad dressing. Also terrific drizzled over grilled vegetables. I don’t mix this with olive oil… It is perfect on its own.

This stuff is the bomb! On a crisp cold salad, it can brighten anyone's day. It tastes citrusy and clean and wakes up anything you put it on without the calories of a salad dressing. It's also great on pasta salads and fruit salads.
