Stopped working after 3 weeks.
Earpiece was very light, very comfortable to wear even with glasses. Sound quality was great, microphone sound and noise cancelling very good. Mute button works well and light indicator very convenient. My only complaint is that the sound stopped working after 3 weeks of use. I work from home as a customer service agent and my schedule is 5 days a week, 40 hrs. So I use these 8 hrs a day. After 3 weeks the audio coming from the earpiece stopped, and I found that when the cord is wiggled near where it connects to the inline mute box, then the sound cuts in and out, suggesting it’s a problem with the wire. Construction felt good otherwise, minus the wire. Disappointed, considering aside from that I really liked the headphones.

I recommend this headset
Doing a late review on this one. I used this for about 6 months. Its still perfect and working well. Noise cancelling is awesome. I replace this with another one though, only because I was doing training on a job and I was listening to a recording of a phone call and I could only hear one person on the one ear. The second person on the phone call recording was not possible t hear since it only has one side ear. I needed left ear and right ear in order to hear both parties. So I ended up getting another headset with two side ear. I will still keep this one as a backup in case I need it. Its still a good headset and I recommend it if you don't have a need for both ear. Hope this helps.

Stopped Working after 18 months
This item worked well until a few months ago. I bought it in August 2020 and it now has the habit of disconnecting from the computer. When I plug it back in, it connects again, but the problem is never fixed for good. I would not recommend this item nor would I ever purchase it again.

Nice headset for Remote working and teams/webex calls
I had a cheaper headset that these replaced. This set is worth the extra for comfort, lighter, and better made. Good product

Poor sound quality
It worked well in the beginning but after a few months the sound quality really dropped so it's not useable anymore. Unfortunately I'm a few weeks outside the window for product support :-( Don't recommend this product.
