The replacements fit perfectly and will never fail. I was skeptical at first worrying that it would not be strong enough to hold, but a two Chicago winters later and it still holds and has perfect mirror quality.Customer service is unbeatable. I started a return on Amazon and before I was done I had received an email asking about my purchase and if it fit correctly, ect.. I emailed back saying I was returning it on Amazon now for the correct size (my fault). They went ahead at 10 pm on a Sunday and expressed over the new mirror replacement by 6 am the next day. They went shipped the order before amazon could even process and I could return the item.They know life is hard and most people need their cars to get to work during the week. They took it upon themselves to make sure that I was able to have time to put on the mirror and get to work the next day on time. They are here to help people and will solve most problems before you can report them.Please support this company as they set a new bar for high customer service.
