Extremely Soft and Comfortable
This chair is half the price of higher-end brands and it surprisingly exceeded my expectations. Assembly was not too difficult but you should take your time with it to make sure everything falls into place like it should. I'm not sure it qualifies as a "Big-n-tall" chair (at least not the back rest because it's narrow), it's the perfect height and width for someone who is 5'10 or 5'11, 180lbs and relatively thin. It almost kinda hugs my back and forms around me, so I fall right into place in it. The fabric is VERY soft and breathable, which I was very happy about. The actual cushioning is very comfortable and gives perfect support, not too squishy and not too firm and keeps it's shape (for me it's perfect). I have the armrest at the lowest height and my arms sit comfortably in that position, any higher and it would be uncomfortable (I have long arms though so that might be why). The armrest are not clunky and cumbersome at all, I usually leave one or both off because they get in the way but these are easy to work around. The lean back on this chair is great, not wobbly or unstable even when it lays almost flat. Overall, I love this chair. If you're on a budget and still want a great chair, this is it. Design is nice, too many trade marks on it but not a big deal for me. The ONLY downside to this chair is that the back cushion it comes with is as hard as a rock. For me it's uncomfortable and pushes me too far forward, so I'm using a different back pillow. Everything else is 10\10, worth the 200.

Decent budget chair
Bought this chair for my gaming setup. Was using the chair from my music room and needed a second chair. I bought the gray fabric version. Only had it like two days now so I'll update this review if anything changes. So far here are the pro's & con's and some things to mention:Pro's:InexpensiveComfortableLooks niceAdjustableCon's:Doesn't roll well on carpetEntire back/sides makes a crinkly sound - like the insides are wrapped in plastic. Cushion and pillows don't do thisLumbar pillow has no way to fix heightSo the crinkle sound... it's subtle and you really only hear it if you squeeze a part of the back/sides.The chair does not roll as easily on carpet as my other chair, think I might replace the casters with better one's. I left the arms off as I don't want them in the way. It would be nice if you could height adjust the lumbar pillow but there is no way, you basically hold it in place with your back if not using in lowest position, so if you move forward it will slide down. Overall I like the chair. I am wondering if perhaps I should've just went $100 more for a top notch chair, but if it holds up I will consider it a good purchase.

Loving it
To the point, I'm 6'2", 225lbs and I produce a lot of heat naturally. Normal size chairs and leather don't work for me. This chair is the perfect size, even a little extra room, good support, head rest is actually tall enough for me to rest my head on, nice reclining, solid tilt, not too bad to assemble, and the micro fiber breathes and doesn't keep in the heat.I might eventually buy a pad for the seat, it's not bad, but it's not the best, and I think it might wear out.But overall soooo worth the buy.

horrible support
The chair was great for the first week. The fabric is really nice and its very smooth to move in. After a week the cushions got flat. I only use my PC for two hours at the most. Then i started getting back pain while sitting in the chair. I realized it was slanted. So I tried to adjust it I thought maybe something was moved. Nope. I'm glad i still have my old chair. I rather use a ripped up semi uncomfortable chair than this one. I'm not even big. I got the chair because it has so much room and I like the space.I do not recommend this chair if you are looking for a long lasting chair that is comfortable. I rather spend another $100 and get a good chair.

Decent chair for price, has a few minor issues
I've had the chair for about a week now. Overall, it works as advertised. It does have a few minor issues that are worth mentioning, however.Assembly was fairly simple. Everything went together as expected with no problems. The construction feels sturdy and strong. I took my time with it and was still able to get it put together in under 30 minutes. There were some cosmetic issues I noticed as I put it together. There were several scratches in some of the plastic pieces. Based on how the unit was packaged, these were probably already present when it was boxed up and not caused during shipping. There is also a dark spot on the seat. It's small, roughly the size of a pea. It looks like a bit of glue may have gotten on it during production and was never cleaned off. Again, it doesn't cause any issue, but it's just another issue.Let's talk about size. This chair is billed as a "Big & Tall" chair. I am 6'4", 260lb, so I line up right in the middle of the demographic this is aimed at. The height of the chair is perfect. I am able to sit at a comfortable height that keeps my knees at the right angle and my back straight instead of hunching over. The adjustable back positions are very nice for finding just the right incline I need, and the rocking motion is good for relaxing. However, the seat depth seems inadequate for a "Big & Tall" chair. Without placing the included lumbar support pillow, my legs extend well beyond the end of the seat, but not uncomfortably so. If it was any more, I would probably return the chair. If I place the extra pillow, I feel as if I my fall off the front edge. I ended up giving the pillow to my wife to use elsewhere. As for width, I can't see how a big & tall person that is near the upper range of the specs (400lb) would fit comfortably. I fit just fine, but I only have about an inch on either side before my thighs would touch the arm rest posts. There are also "wings", for lack of a better term, on each side of the waist area in the back of the chair. They take some getting used to. If you are of a wider build, you may find them uncomfortable.I will say that the arm rests do extend up to a considerable height and line up well with my arms. My last chair had me leaning over to rest on them, but here they are where they should be, as long as I extend them to their max height. The fabric cover is nice. I live in a hot climate, so I could not go for leather. I was hoping that the cloth would breathe better, but I do still find myself sweating if I sit for too long. That may just be me, though, and not a problem with the chair.Lastly, the seat seems to dip to the left just a bit. It's almost imperceptible, but it's just enough to feel like you're leaning. So, my overall impression is that this is a decent chair. It is not the best, but not the worst. It falls squarely in the middle. For the price, I would have expected a bit better, but it is still less expensive than some of the big & tall options out there.***Update***I added a pair of washers to the left side where the seat meets the center stand. This appears to have alleviated the lean I was experiencing.
