South Shore Farnel 4-Door Storage Cabinet-Pure White, Tall

I love this piece of furniture. It took some time to get it together and adjust the doors to close just right, but so worth the time. It feels very durable and I have 3 young boys climbing on everything. The depth of the cabinet is perfect for holding games, toys, etc. I can fit so much stuff in there and it's still really organized. Also, the height is great because I can put a basket on top to hold lighter items.

Although I don't much care for particle board furniture this was the only cabinet with suitable dimensions (particularly the depth) that I could find anywhere. The space is excellent for bulky items. All the painted surfaces are smooth and the hardware is good.During assembly I became concerned about the unit's rigidity because the sideboards are in 4 pieces instead of 2 long boards, but when completed it is actually quite rigid. Assembly took around 4 hours working by myself with some additional time for tweaking the doors for proper alignment. A number of other reviewers mentioned difficulty with door alignment, but I managed to work it out. First by adjusting the hinges, then by shimming one or more of the four corners (which affects levelness and therefore alignment) followed by refined hinge adjustment.Overall I'm satisfied with the end result. The only reason that I did not rate it 5 stars is that it is quite heavy for it's size, but that's how particle board is.

This was the only cabinet I could find deep enough for all my games and puzzles in my new game room. It only came in bright white, which didn't fit in with my decor so I had to paint it black. It was pretty easy to put together even though there are only pictures no descriptions. Plenty of room inside and the doors lined up pretty well. The door handles were a little scratched up, but it looks fine in my decor.

These cabinets look nice on picture. They're cheap partical board shelfs with "fancy" handles. It arrived dented in any places and shipped to the point of the board itself showing. The top doors have a large 1/2in gap that isn't covered.It wobbles even after being put together as the directions are told. Easy instructions. IKEA cheap quality. I bought this one and the smaller cabinet to match. Both are lack luster. If you need a cabinet that is nice from a distance, this is fine. But as soon as you walk up to it... it's a different story.

The company who makes this is lazy enough to put vague instructions for all of their pantry’s. This makes assembly atrocious & the holes are all misaligned so the top doors have to be shut at the same time if yours has the alignment issue. At the end of the day it is the biggest piece of crap listed for almost $300 you can buy in pantry’s. The price itself is egregious given the piss poor quality & i’d recommend going antique shopping for a pantry 50 years old & still better made than this, rather than spending your money on it.Save yourself the headache folks, they just don’t make em like they used to.

It's clean lines go so well in my Florida room. And I'm able to store so much in it.

I ordered this cabinet because it is deep enough for my microwave and toaster oven. The box it arrived in (from Amazon’s warehouse) was damaged and subsequently, so were several of the white cabinet boards. I called the manufacturer and the replacement parts arrived a few days later. I put the cabinet together by myself, which was not too difficult. The hardest part was attaching the doors - those would have been much easier with a second person assisting. The cabinet turned out great- it fits what I wanted it to fit, plus had a lot more storage for other kitchen items. I can see using it being used for many other purposes, such as to store bulky bedspreads and other linens; toys; sweaters & other clothes; boots & shoes; etc. The cabinet is a good deal for the price and very sturdy.

Used as a bedroom armoire. It was a bit difficult to put together. All pieces were not labeled. It took my husband and I about 3 hrs to assemble.

I wish to retract my earlier review. I received the item yesterday and it was damaged, hence my review. I have since managed to speak to the Customer Service at South Shore and they are sending me replacement parts for the ones that were damaged. They were very courteous and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have changed my rating to a 4 because I have not yet assembled the item so I can't give a 5 star rating (yet).

The package came with terrible assembly instructions but with four hands one can figure out how to assemble. Once assembled it is quite durable but don't move it from place to place.There were two issues that I am good to ignore because I am using this wardrobe as a storage/linen closet.- One of the boards inside have dark grey oil marks and I couldn't find way to clean it.- the top drawer rubs with the bottom of the right door while opening or closing the door. I am assuming this is because the doors are not aligned.
