I LOVE!!! The bag is of great quality. I’ve used it for a week, and I’m already enjoying every detail. The leather feels luxurious, the color is just what I expected, and the storage space is what I was looking for. Overall great work bag.

I have always loved leather boots, briefcases, etc. I was using a perfectly good lap top bag made from ballistic nylon. Like I said, it was perfectly serviceable. Then I got to thinking, "I'm 80 freaking years old, why not enjoy a nice leather lap top case?" So I went up on Amazon looking for a nice one I could afford. Then I saw this briefcase/lap top carrier and saw the price was affordable. The more I researched the company, the more I liked what I was finding out. So, I ordered it.When I opened the box I noticed how carefully it had been packed. Then I unwrapped the case. Wow! I carefully examined it and, yup--it's incredible hand crafted workmanship. I love the uneven coloration, the feel of it, the thickness of it. I take it to my classes proudly and have received a few compliments from other faculty.The first thing I did after examining it was to treat it with a light coat of saddle soap. Not because I thought it was dirty, but to treat and nourish the leather. It darkened it somewhat, but it's still has that distressed look to it, so I'm happy. It rained the next day and the saddle soap and quality of the leather allowed the rain drops to roll right off.The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if the pocket for the lap top were a bit larger. Otherwise, I love this and would thoroughly recommend it highly. I really can't praise the workmanship highly enough. This is craftmanship!!

This is a very nice looking and well built bah; especially for the price. I'm pretty sure it's glued as opposed to stitched but that is really what you would expect for the price point.First with the cons, and how to fix it:- The tanning process creates a distressed look but that comes with the common problem of dye bleeding into clothes when rubbed. This is not unique to this bag, happens with 90% of the leather briefcases I buy, even the very expensive ones.This problem is easily solved if you have a little patience. As you can see in the pictures I have posted here the distressed look is somewhat subdued because I treated the whole bag with Pecard leather dressing (sort of like a mink oil). Beware, when you do this the bag will get a shine and will take away from the distressed look but it will come back over time (it will likely never look like a brushed leather but it isn't brushed to start with, you wouldn't dress a nubuck, suede or brushed leather as that would matt down the leather).The dressing also waterproofs the bag while sealing it. I typically dry the bag after dressing for a couple of weeks but you can wrap it in a cloth to pull some of the oils away if you aren't patient.When I dress my leather I rub it in and then wipe it out to remove excess oil.The bag still looks distressed but a little more shiny. I tested the leather this morning after 8 hours of drying and the bag already resists bleeding onto cloth even after a good rub.Pros- Plenty of room in the bag for a 16 inch Macbook pro, my wallet, glasses, pens and a Samsung Tab 7 FE or 13 inch Macbook air plus chargers.Time will tell how the bag holds up but it appears to be pretty sturdy.The one thing I would add is some reinforcement to the bottom of the bag to prevent it from stretching and sagging over time.I think the bag is beautiful and looks as nice as many bags that I have paid hundreds of dollars for.

After researching extensively, I opted to purchase this product due to the price point and reviews and am glad I did. I received this briefcase today and was really impressed with the quality, color, and leather. It had a very faint odor that I am sure will subside as it was packaged in plastic and placed in a box. The zippers are solid metal, not cheap nylon ones. The color is as described, and the weight is perfect. Very impressed with this and I highly recommend!!!

I bought this briefcase/bag as a birthday present for my wife.Overall she is very happy with it, but may look for something a bit lighter for day to day use.Pros:- Plenty of room- Looks good and fashionable- Very Tough and well madeCons:- Heavy
