My Senior used it last year for school from home due to Covid and after spring break the year before. It served it's purpose. My child is incredibly bright in technological things, so this was a bit of a bummer to not be able to do what he loves to do, but we were pleased to be able to buy the technology for our boys and not have to bring one home from schoool.

I have had my chromebook for 2 years now and i love it.

This is the 2nd time I bought this item. The first time was for a friend & now for myself. My HP chromebook froze for over a week. Getting antzy, I decided to buy another by buying this Samsung Chromebook to replace. Because I did not have the convenience of a laptop I had to purchase using my android cell. Unfortunately, my error, I did not pay attention on its specifications finding too late when I turned it on: the 11.6" is the frame not the screen which is smaller; it does not have touchscreen nor keyboard lighting which is convenient @ night. The size of this chromebook is like having a tablet sized laptop.However, it does meet all the specifications stated. It turned on as soon as I lifted the screen. It was a breeze from thereon. I had to increase by at least 110-120% to be able to read texts or fonts.Murphy's Law set in when, the next day, my HP chromebook woke up from its week's slumber & is now working again. I am happy that I bought the Samsung one so will have another option if it decides to sleep again.

We bought 2 chrombooks for our grandsons age 7 1/2 and 5. Their school schedules and loaned chrombooks from school, we (grandparents) decided to purchase this for them. Since they started using the chrombooks, they are learning both in the classroom (limited schedule) and at home (virtually) using them. The quality and durablity of these are on point. We would definitely purchase these again!

Perfect computer for me. 4 weeks in and not a single problem. Very happy with this product.

Brought it It worked at first, but after a while it started acting up. I had to get it repaired i should be honest. I bought it when it said it was barely new. In good condition. Being fair

This Chromebook fulfilled every need that I have for a computer and for hundreds of dollars less than I spent in the past for a portable laptop computer. I wish the size were larger (it's small) but I connected it to a large screen monitor and all is good. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm technologically challenged and a Chromebook is perfect for my needs.

I have no idea how well this chrome book would have worked because we were unable to complete setup. It kept showing that it was connected to our WiFi and the signal strength was excellent, but was still throwing a "Network Unavailable" code. We were able to use the Chrome book in guest mode only to troubleshoot. After research and scrolling dozens of forums, it turns out that this is a common issue with this version of the Chrome OS, and so far, there is no permanent fix for it.
