Not for the faint of heart
I enjoyed building this very much, but there are some pros and cons:Pros: if you like models, are fairly handy this set is fun.It looks just like the photos when you finish. If you need a short project for a family this is great.Cons: there are no English directions, but the photos are super detailed and easy to followEverything, and I mean everything in the photos needs to be made. If you aren’t into making 50 pieces of 1cm sushi this won’t work for youIt’s not snap out, not punch out, not even decals. All the emblems, signs, labels, leaves all need to be cut out precisely.Tips: get good quick dry craft glue, get a small pair of very sharp scissors, and tweezers. Take your time this will take a couple of days

Not easy but awesome outcome!
This is not easy, but the product is great.Yes you need to have glue on hand, I used regular craft glue, not Elmers. It took me a good four days from start to finish. The sushi is incredibly small and you need to be good at fine motor skills. The lighting part was very easy, don't sweat that. I want to buy another one I enjoyed it so much! It doesn't say to do this but I glued everything down at the end. Everything is so small so any movements will send things flying. So sushi trays, chairs etc I glued it all down.I hope this helps, don't buy this product if...-you have poor fine motor skills (ie, using tweezers to make things)-don't want to invest a significant amount of time-have difficulty following IKEA directions to put things together-you are very unorganizedBuy it if...- you love tiny things- have patience- enjoy the process- good at putting things togetherDo not blame the manufacturer for what it is, a DIY project that YOU have put together.

So worth it at the end
The media could not be loaded. It's such a lovely sushi house,Building it is a full own journey , so many tears so much stress ,but my god is it worth it at the end.The instructions are great , you have to pay close attention to them and you should be fine , you can also give it your own spin and add stuff to it , I added some fake moss in the sides to make it even more realistic , also added some miniature cats , there's four of them , can you find them all ?

Great kit!
This kit is my 6th one of the like that I have built. It was definitely my favorite one to build thus far and has encouraged me to buy another kit that has multiple stories to the structure! Super cute and easy to follow instructions (I mainly just follow the pictures). The only reason that I give this one 4 stars is because it was missing the three little baggies of detail flocking for the little sushi pieces and the battery pack came broken. The on/off switch didn’t work and the black wire had broken off inside of the box. I figured this would happen eventually since the battery packs are just cheaply made in general so I went ahead and ordered a pack of 6 for spares and to finish the lighting element to this kit. Also, the lack of detail pieces on the sushi didn’t take away from the end result! Still loved this build completed and throughly enjoyed the process of making it! Would definitely recommend :)

Excellent kit and reasonably priced.
What I liked about this kit was that all the pieces were provided and the end product was satisfying. It was timeconsuming but with this pandemic going on it is cheap entertainment. I recommend this as a project for a family to spend time together. The "glass" dust cover is actually plexiglass and glueing it together was the only major challenging part of the kit. My wife is happy so that's a big plus.

Here's a hint for the ceiling lights
Do you see those detachable wooden pieces (I forgot the codename) that are used to make the geta (wooden sandals)? Use the spares and glue a pair on each side where the light will be and one in the middle just a bit in the front, like in the picture. This will leave some space for the light cord and you can glue the lamp perfectly.Talking about it, I find really helpful that most pieces, especially the sushi ones, come with spare items. However, everything is made from scratch: you have to cut, glue, and craft every single tiny piece. I suggest using a tweezer because those are really tiny. Also, some strong wood glue will come in handy for the building structure

Great pre-teen gift!!
My preteen daughter has recently gotten into these do-it-yourself mini doll houses. They have been perfect for her during quarantine rainy days providing soooo many hours of activity. She accomplishes these with very little to no oversight or assistance. She’s at that age where kid toys don’t work well anymore, but the activities of an older teen aren’t up her alley. This is the perfect activity for this age.She is super excited about all the detail in this one, every corner has great little details for her to work on.

Love!!
This was my second diy build kit and it was so much fun! I'm obsessed. I was worried about wiring all the lights but they made it super easy to connect everything together. Some small mistakes were made by me but because this kit is so detailed you cant even tell. This kit is not for the faint of heart - but I'd say all the effort is worth it. When all the lights turn on it's beautiful.

完成度の見栄えが良い
部品が小さく制作するのに大変ですが、提灯や看板、ショウウィンドウなどに照明があるので完成度は高いです。また、部品の欠品もなく良かったです。

Great little project!
I absolutely loved making this kit. It's not for everyone - if you don't enjoy hours of tedious little assembly, including cutting small pieces of fabric and paper, then this isn't for you. For me, I found it a great way to de-stress at the end of the day, and the final product was so rewarding. My only criticism was that the electrical was incredibly challenging to get together, and I ended up cheating by using small paperclips to have the circuits connect. I did have on piece missing, which is supposed to be coming in the mail, after I contacted the seller.
