Works well, but over priced
I installed Pedal Commander on my 2021 Sprinter van and the throttle response is much improved. The installation was straight forward and didn't take long. I just leave it in "City" mode and the gas pedal works like it should have when it left the factory. My only complaint is that the price seems awful high for a small electronic device.

WOW!
Works as advertised. Very happu with the changes to my sluggish Sprinter Diesel. Quite expensive for such a small gadget but worth it to some of us.

Not worth the price

What a difference!
This is literally a five minute install. I put this on a 2010 Sprinter 3500 14' box truck. The ECO setting at 3+ or 4+ is about what stock felt like. I bumped to city mode +1 and it was night and day. Like acceleration to 35 mph was like i was in my dodge dakota. I do not know what I will see with fuel economy, so I will update after I run a couple hundred miles.

2021 sprinter
2021 sprinter diesel chassis. Works very well, eliminates the initial long throttle delay. Makes the throttle more linear which is very nice. The adjustments on the unit are sensitive and can be tuned
