This well made duffle will need some experience packing as there is no structure like a standard suitcase. Wheels worked great and contained everything I normally pack. Just a learning curve as there are NO flat surfaces for bringing along papers, magazines, pictures etc no one wants wrinkled! The outer pockets were secure and again no structured shaping so need to be packed with soft clothing items etc. otherwise it is great and am sure it will serve well. The handle retracts and extends easily. Much less heavy than my suitcases were! Loved that and the color. Zippers also functioned perfectly on first use.

Purchased for 2 week sleep away camp for pre-teen. Following the ridiculous packing list provided by camp which included clothes enough for two or three campers, we had a veritable MOUNTAIN of clothes and gear. We imagined we would need extra bags to go along with this rather petite 26" rolling duffel. With pits in our stomachs, we started stacking things into the duffel -- and it swallowed them one by one. At the end, the bag consumed everything except the sleeping bag, and zipped closed easily. Oh, how I wish I had a before and after picture to post. It reminded us of Hermione's small purple beaded handbag with the Undetectable Extension Charm. Because we are muggles, it is bigger than Hermione's bag, but we believe that someone slipped a charm on it at the Amazon Warehouse, for which we are grateful.Well conceived and constructed bag with tons of room.

UPDATE: Ive used it for over a year now on over 6 flights and many road trips and its held up fine. Sure it has marks and dirt on it, but it's not that bad, and its a used suitcase. I didnt expect much because of the price point and some bad reviews. Its held up way better than expected. Now I dont think I'll have this bag for tons of years to come of air travel, because it's a cheap duffle bag. It's not a premium made bag.The quality is completely fine for travel by car. It's actually sturdier than I thought, from reading the harsh reviews. There's 6 pockets on the outside and none in the inside. The handles and wheels work well. I've had no problems with this bag for numerous road trips. I wish it had at least one pocket on the inside, that's my only complaint.

Just recently purchased a second one of these. My husband is a cross country CDL driver. These guys practically live out of their duffle bags. He was having to replace his bag every 3 months on average until I bought him this one 4 years ago. The old one finally started to get a small tear so I ordered the same one to replace it.

I finally got my own duffel bag! I can't wait to use it! The purple is beautiful, a little darker than what is shown but much prettier! The wheels move effortlessly. There is so much room in here, a golden retriever would fit yet compact enough to carry a lot of clothes in one case! Our family of 3 each got one in different colors and each love theirs! Can't wait to stash stuff in all the pockets which are expandable to hold more treasures! We wanted something light enough to be able to carry it on a "girl's trip" and we have found it! It stores easily when not in use under the bed too!

My husband and I bought these duffels in different colors for a three-week trip in the UK. Mine is purple and his is navy. I don't know how much is due to the way we packed, but his always looked more sturdy when packed, rising up neatly in a rectangular shape. Mine on the other hand, always looked like it flattened out and blobbed to the sides, making it harder to pull along. I like traveling with duffels in general, but this one didn't pull along smoothly and sometimes twisted/tilted over rough surfaces. I became envious of people with spinner suitcases. I worried about the durability of it, though it came through the trip without spilling open or tearing in any way. Also, packing cubes are a must with duffels, or you'll never find anything. This bag had a lot of small external pockets, which was good for things like scarves or masks, but I think I'd prefer more organizational option in the internal part. So I guess I'm going with a suitcase next time.

Good quality for a great price

I bought this for my parents. They travel to Arizona every year. They loved the size, durability, and the fact that it was on wheels for easy transport.

This is a great bag, just the right size for a week on vacation and all the pockets and wheels make it super convenient.
