Cabot Wood Toned Stain + Sealer, Exterior Natural Wood Stain, Natural, Gallon

I love the way it makes the cedar on my fence look like fine furniture. I just sponged the cedar horizontals down with water, let the cedar dry, and then applied one coat of this stain with a paint brush. 24 hours later I noticed it was dry. Looks great. Simply stir the stain with a stick and apply. Every two years, I have chosen to restain this cedar. Doesn't use much stain

I was really impressed with how this turned a cheaply made deck that was badly worn and filthy into a beautiful deck. The next time I want to make my deck look new again I will use the Cabot Solid Color Acrylic Stain and Sealer in Redwood color.

Product came damaged and leaking try to return couldn’t understand the person I talk to at Amazon I like Cabot stain just don’t like it comeing damaged

I used the spray gun to apply this stain. The stain goes on smooth and does not clog the sprayer. I am not sure how long it will last, but the coverage is great and the color is pleasing to the eye.

Very good stain, looks naturaly, not like paint Color is the same as old Cabot bleaching oil. I am very happy with the result.

The stain appears to have been opened and there questions as to whether or not the gallons were thinned prior to sale so as to seemingly yield more out of a bulk purchase. I have always ued Cabot as my go to, and when I contacted the manufacturer directly to ask about the lot number and questionable quality of the product, they aroused suspicion as to the origin of seller, and posed the above question, and made good on one gallon while Amazon took care of the other one which was also damaged in transit.
