Excellent quality, made to be used a lot
This was installed in a retail business and gets used around 70 times a day. Months later, it is still working perfect. It was much cheaper than the alternatives at the local hardware stores, But is of better quality. Install was a breeze; all specs were standard and matched the brand name product that it replaced. Highly recommended for a high traffic area.

Decent product if no adjustment is needed
The product is Ok at best, outside quality and finish is comparable to a residential door, and the core is better, but not worth the extra. It is a slight step up against residential door lever, but significantly worse than the actual commercial ones like Schlage.You also have to be really careful about the spec before you order one: make sure you have 2-3/4” backset, you have 4-7/8” strike plate clearance, otherwise you will be spending $50+ to get those extra parts that usually come as an option for Schlage ALX; and you might as well get a Schlage ALX because it is not that much more expensive for a much better quality.

Good value for price and ease of installation
Bought this sturdy lock set for my office to replace one that locked automatically. I like having more control and if I wish to lock my door, I push down the button and close the door and it’s locked. I’m not sure that any of these are “easy” to install but this one wasn’t bad. I had returned another lock that was a nightmare for installation. This one was simple compared to that one. Good value for the money.

Robust, well built lock.
Good lock, keyed on one side with several locking options. It is a robust knob. Used on a warehouse door with zero issues, will buy again.

The color is very strange
I like the style of it, however, the color looks like tin. It's got a very rough etching on the silver. There is not a choice of color. It indicated satin chrome, but more like a dull silver.
