I just received my bag and I love it! Great quality and looks very nice. The shoulder strap is a nice touch although I probably won’t need to use it. It is perfect for a Personal Item for flying. I have room for everything I need and then some, while on board. Plus, it will fit nicely under the seat in front of me and I will still have room for my feet!

I have a 17.5 in with laptop and have had a horrible time finding a laptop bag big enough for it. This one fits it very nicely and has lots of pockets to organize other things. I really like the outer pouch as well to get to things quickly. It's not the most high-end bag but you get what you pay for and for the price point of this, it's nice enough to take to meetings and it seems like it'll hold up for at least a few years with frequent use. I like the padded short handles too! Definitely makes it easier to carry a heavy laptop.

I was looking for a new laptop bag that would travel well, as the straps on my old one were about to give out. I thought it was broken, and it’ll probably do the same thing again, but the post from the bottom of the clip somehow popped out of the metal piece it connects to on the strap. Not very sturdy design and I will be replacing the shoulder strap with another one that’s designed differently. Overall the bag is holding up well, just not happy with the flimsy shoulder strap design.
