Great seller service; or, "how many chandeliers does it take to screw in a light bulb?"
First things first: screw in the E12 light bulbs VERY GENTLY. The sockets are delicate, and the base of the bulb will stick out a bit and be visible. On my first attempt, I turned the bulb too far trying to get it "all the way" and accidentally ripped the metal threaded bracket out of the socket entirely (see photo). Oops. Not only that, but I had already assembled and installed the ENTIRE chandelier (see below: don't do it that way), and in addition to the broken socket, the other two bulbs didn't work either! Oops again.Amazon made it difficult to figure out how to contact the seller (the seller's email tried to say which button to press but Amazon keeps changing the buttons, which is also why it's no use for me to tell you how I did it), but once I figured it out, the seller's response couldn't have been better: "we are sorry and we'll take care of everything immediately!" Sure enough, they sent me not just a replacement base (the broken part that I needed), but an entire new chandelier kit! When I took down the non-functioning chandelier that I had installed, we discovered part of the problem: the wires had come loose. Oops. It turns out the two surviving sockets of the broken base WERE working! I decided to install the broken one in my bedroom where mostly only sweetheart and I and the dogs will see it, and the dogs don't mind that it only has two bulbs. I installed the replacement chandelier much more carefully in my dining room and the second time it went perfectly.BUY BULBS BEFORE YOU INSTALL. I chose E12 LED and E12 incandescent bulbs with CLEAR glass because they basically disappear into the crystal, rather than the frosted glass bulbs being visible in the middle of the fixture. One of these days I'll probably swap out for Philips Hue multi-color smart bulbs, which only come in frosted. Probably worth it.For some reason, the first time around I found the instructions (see photo) confusing. Re-reading them after the fact, they seem fine now and they basically describe what I ended up doing (see photos):1. TURN OFF THE POWER TO THE CEILING WIRES.2. Remove the crossbar bracket from the base and attach it to the ceiling. Mine fit the screws of my previous fixture!3. Attach the 12 arms to the base.4. Wrap the ground wire from the base around the green screw on the crossbar bracket and tighten the screw.5. Connect the power wires from the ceiling to the base using the included wire nuts.6. Attach the base to the crossbar bracket using the two side screws.7. VERY GENTLY add light bulbs, turn the power back on, and TEST that they work!If not working, TURN THE POWER BACK OFF, detach the base from the ceiling, and repeat steps 5-7 until you have a working chandelier (or you give up and request a replacement). Once everything is working...8. Attach 7 crystal balls to the mini-key-ring loop end of the 7 "D" crystal chains.I used, the entire time, the white cotton gloves that were thoughtfully provided. The gloves catch on things and are very annoying especially when trying to bend tiny metal brackets into place, but they do a great job of removing packing dust from and keeping fingerprints off of all the crystal. It's probably fine either way.9. Check that the 7 crystal chains are securely attached to the metal bracket at the other end.10. Pre-bend the other end of the metal bracket 90 to 45 degrees to make it easier to attach to the base.At this point you may be, as I was, amazed that such heavy crystal is held together by very very thin wire rings and flimsy brackets. I too am worried about this. If you have low ceilings and tall family members, you're going to want to put a table directly under this chandelier so they cannot walk into it - if someone does, I'm pretty sure heavy crystal is going to rain down on them. I live in earthquake country and I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose some balls and chains when the big one hits, though I will probably have bigger issues to worry about at that point. But I digress...11. Remove at least 1-2 of the light bulbs so you can reach the center hanger.12. Install the center D chain by threading the metal tip through the hole and bending the metal bracket to hold it in place. This one feels the least secure of all the chains, but all of mine are holding OK so far.13. VERY GENTLY replace all 3 of the light bulbs. It wouldn't hurt to test again that they are working.14. Install the remaining 6 D chains by threading the metal tip through the little metal loops around the edge of the base and bending the metal bracket to hold them in place.15. Attach 12 crystal balls to the mini-key-ring loop end of the 12 "C" chains.16. Check that the 12 crystal chains are securely attached to the metal bracket at the other end.17. Pre-bend the other end of the metal bracket 90 to 45 degrees to make it easier to attach to the base.18. Install the 12 C chains by threading the metal tip through the first set of metal loops toward the center of each one of the fixture arms and bending the metal bracket to hold them in place.19-26. Repeat steps 15-18 for the 12 "B" chains and then the 12 "A" chains.Turn on the chandelier! Admire the very subtle, very tiny rainbows that it casts all over your room! What I love is that there's a bit of sparkle during the day and when the fixture is turned off, too. Pretty, affordable, and fun for obsessively detail-oriented folks to assemble. ;) Enjoy!

Beautifully crafted.
You have to be very patient and be ready for maybe a couple of hours of tedious assembling, screw by screw, ball by ball. But once you're done, you're sure to say "it was worth it." Try to use 5000 Kelvin LED bulbs.

It’s in my master bathroom., above my toilet. 🤣🤣🤣
My husband and I installed it ourselves. We’re somewhat handy. It’s been installed for 5 months now. I was a little worried about the bathroom steam, but it’s still in perfect condition. I bought daylight bulbs. It is very bright, perfect. It is very attractive and beautiful and sparkly. I’m extremely happy with it. I definitely recommend it.

WOWZA! Simply gorgeous!
My friend the electrician stopped by, and put up the base (and 12 arms) for me in about 10 minutes. I told him not to worry about the hanging baubles, I could do that myself. Joke was on me, the ones that were difficult were the ones that attach directly to the base because there was very little space to get my fingers in there to form the "hook" on each crystal chain. The rest was pretty simple! And the finished effect... just look for yourself! Amazing sparkles! Really really beautiful! Worth my time and investment!

Stunning
I fell in love with this type of fixture when I saw it at a hotel years ago. I had looked at them, but prices were too high for something I did not need. When my son broke the globe on my hallway light, I had an excuse for a new fixture and found this one. The main reason I picked this one was the price for the amount of crystals. Assembly was not difficult, but time consuming. I did it a couple evenings in front of the tv. Once you get everything laid out and check that you are putting the right lengths on the right circle, it is just repetition and patience. The crystal balls are heavy and beautiful. I put three tiny led bulbs in it and it really brightens up my narrow hall of doors. There are plenty of replacement parts sent with it, so I am confident that if it ever gets bumped, I have everything I need to fix it.

Awesome
OK, first off, I did not instal or assemble this - my electrician did and he had a helluva time assembling it, not that the instructions were vague or poorly written, it was tedious work. Easy to install though, if I wasn't getting a new line put in for my ceiling fan I could have done it.

My wife loves her new lamp, and me.
It really looks good. And is not the nightmare to assemble that some reviewers complaint about. I Just placed a bath towel on my kitchen counter, pulled everything from the shipping box and cross referenced with the attached parts list. Then I assembled the (12) fixture arms to the lamp body, installed the lightbulb (Albrillo Dimmable LED Bulbs E12 Light, 40 Watt Candelabra Bulb Equivalent, Daylight White 5000K, 3 Pack) and put it aside (Be extremely careful with all metal parts since they might have sharp edges). You can use any compatible light bulb but DO NOT exceed the 40 Watt per bulb, 120 Watts total rating. Attaching the (43) crystal balls to the (43) bead strings at the mini keychain ring side is the tedious next step. So make sure you are sitting comfortably. Mounting the cross bar to the ceiling and connecting the electricity is common sense: Follow the manufacturer's instructions or the lamp will fall on your head or you could burn your house. I only used the supplied white gloves at the end to gently wipe out any hand grease from the fixture. I said "gently", or you might pull the crystal balls from the mini keychain rings.

The canopies are peeling off and the bronze colour showing.
This is the second time I am ordering this chandelier. My first one was before Covid and it was excellent. This one the canopies are peeling off and the bronze colour is showing. Two canopies are very bad. The other ones are ok. Would you ask Saint Mossi to send me two canopies. I haven’t installed it yet.I appreciate that.

Sparkling Elegance with Assembly Required
The look of the chandelier is excellent, & good value for money. The baubles are real crystal. The Chrome base is sturdy & elegant. The most time-consuming part of this project was putting the chandelier together. All the arms need to be attached to the base. All the baubles have to be individually attached to the small hooks on the arms and base. It took me about 3 1/2 hours to put all that together. This chandelier needs to be wired into the ceiling hex box, so if that is outside your skill set, you will need someone who knows how to do that. The chandelier did not come with bulbs, so they had to be purchased separately. We got ones that were dimmable, and have a dimmer on the light switch, so we are able to run the lamp full blast or at a dimmer setting. It does look very good, so if you have the time and patience to put it together, I think you will enjoy this light.

Gorgeous and worth it for the price
The media could not be loaded. Robust, excellent chrome finish. All accessories were nicely packaged. Dimension wise It looks nice for my small low ceiling family living room. Came with spare accessories. I bought E12 three daylight white LED dimmable clear bulbs. There is no instructions how to assemble the unit, but wasn't hard to find from the picture. It took 1 hour to assemble and install for me. Overall it was a great purchase. I recommend it who likes to buy.

Stunning little thing
Although before I bought this chandelier a few negative reviews cause unsettling feelings, once I got it I was very happy to see all doubts were unfounded.Things you need to know:1rst put together all metal parts and install your chandelier bare from the cristal pieces, that will make the installing proces very smooth and 10 min lasting, I got an electrician to do it so it was even easier. Didnt feek comfortable touching cables.2nd lay out the 43 pieces over a blanket separated by packages there for sizes and ensemble all the with corresponding 43 cristal balls. The diagram explaines in a very simple way how from the curve of the metal arms they go from longer to shorter at the ends.Have a second pair of hands, your hubby or your friend handing you the pieces as you settle them on the chandelier standing on a ladder once installed. The best part is hooking the balls while enjoyind the sparkling reflections going through the glass shapes. If you wanted a cristal chandelier you probably would love that part as much as the end result. It wont take you more than 20 min max.Very pleased 5 stars

Third the price of ove replica but less solid
It was 100$ instead of the 300$ Over replica ...exactly the same but for the bit that attaches the crystal to the frame. Honestly they are less modern looking but so much easier to put on than the ove...but you can't tell once they're up ...aaand from experience put them both together took an hour and a half-ish and definitely easier with this one especially since with the Ove I poked my finger and the white glove you get to put them on was bloody...returned the Ove and while this one side by side is not as thick /solid where it attaches to the wall it is not noticable once up as the crystals are exactly the same and at 1/3 cost this is a way better value for money.
