This is the best crumb cake I have ever tasted. The crumbs actually stay on the cake unlike some other brands and the cake was so good. It was also individually wrapped. I’m definitely buying again!

I don’t know if other people had the same problem that it arrived stale. I had to stick it in the microwave for a few minutes to help freshen it up.

I ordered the crumb cake and it was good but the price was ridiculously high !! For the price I paid I thought the cake should have been larger or should have included at least 2 or 3 of them !!!!!

This is a fantastic Crumb Cake - when you buy from David's Cookies you come to expect the best and I was not at all disappointed with this product. We found the cake to be as described and we warmed it up for about 20-30 seconds and it was fantastic - it was maybe a little hard as I've seen some reviews describe but for us that made cutting it that much easier and removing from the tray and just a little heating and it was so nice and soft and moist especially when the crumb topping melted just a bit - It clearly states 1 inch of crumb and that is no joke and honestly if it was any less crumb I wouldn't have purchased in the first place. Excellent IMHO.

The cake tasted stale. I took a couple bites and threw the rest away. Was very disappointed, I love the melt a way cookies but won't order the cake again.

OHMYGOD! This crumb cake is amazing!I am a from NY , but have been a Texan for 28 years. I haven’t found any crumb cakes that taste like home! Well, I found it.The cake melts in your mouth!Will definitely be ordering again ( and again, and again)!

While the overall concept of your crumb coffee cake is good, the cake itself was on the dry side. This could befrom "age", if it is indeed a frozen variety. I will most likely NOT order it again. But thanks for trying......I accept the fact that I am 75 years +, raised in the area where authentic crumb coffee cakes are made... and seekthe best ofthe best...

Growing up in NYC, crumb cake was a staple for sweets being able to get it freshly baked at European style bakeries. In the West it came down toEntenmenns which was decent, but usually mushy. It's not marketed in the Denver area any more and unavailable over the web. There are somelocal versions,e. g. Sam's Club, King's Sooper, which is Kroger, but their version are usually mushy and the crumbs too hard. The one from David'sis very good; the only improvement that I would recommend is to lighten up on the powered sugar.This is an update. Entenmenns is available on the web, either packaged as one or three. I bought the three of course; arrived in almost perfect condition. They were gone in a matter of days.
