Great little crib for travel
This little crib works well for us when traveling or at home. The bassinet insert is great for our newborn. The only gripe is it’s a little tricky to get wrapped up once folded down - the mattress which becomes the protective wrap to hold it all together just barely fits around it, and then the bassinet is a bunch of extra poles. But, once it’s all shoved in the travel bag it works well enough. Sturdy and a nice size and the mattress is among the better ones I’ve seen - lays flat and has a bit of padding.

So. Much. Better. Than Baby Trend.
TLDR: GET THIS GRACO. My baby is 9 months old and it's still wonderful. The details: When my fourth baby was born and we needed a new pack and play, I decided to try the Baby Trend that was on sale at the time. It had a bassinet and a changing station and looked great. It was not great.Again, after multiple children I know my way around a play yard. The baby trend was bad. The sides unlock way too easily, and folding it is extremely annoying. The wood slats in the mat overlap each other and create sharp ridges that even a baby is heavy enough to be bothered by.This Graco is an absolute dream. Sets up smoothly and safely locks every time, I can fold it with one hand, It's easy to move and the mat is an absolute dream. Safely firm but so soft and smooth. You won't regret this and your babe will be safe and comfy. I would chose this again a million times over.

Where have you been all my childbearing years?!
After reading the reviews on this product I am convinced the "don't let your baby sleep in this product overnight" is a risk aversion disclaimer. Don't get me wrong, small babies should be monitored...but we're not concerned with the use of this product as a day only vs day and night sleeper.I'm working on my third small human and the first two used the Arm's Reach mini co-sleeper we purchased nearly 6 years ago for (I believe) $175. Now, we LOVE the co-sleeper and will be using it with number 3-but it's short timeline of safe use is a bit of a bummer. Each child made it to about 5 months old before outgrowing it (this is not an unexpected age-the instructions clearly detail the duration of use).I am very much looking forward to making use of this little Travel Lite Crib for many months at home plus hotel stays later on and possibly through a couple of years on the road. The size is perfect, only slight larger than the mini co-sleeper and the weight is reasonable at about the same as the mini co-sleeper. The excess is just not there. No frills. Small babies do not need giant play yards for napping on the go and this will most certainly do exactly what we need it to do when the baby isn't sleeping in a carrier or being snuggled by the family. One thing I do wish Graco would change is their standard pack-n-play material. It's very wipeable and synthetic which is great except...Remember the swishy sound of track suits of years long ago? That is precisely what this ugly material reminds me of. Now, I know babies are messy and sheets can get dangerously tangled, but seriously? Maybe something slightly more natural or luxurious for future models and perhaps a few less grey combinations of colors...cream is a nice neutral color, even a deep brown would suffice.Aesthetics do not reduce the functionality though, so five stars all the way.If the baby arrives and has another opinion, we'll update our review.Until then, sweet dreams to all of your little ones in the Graco Travel Lite Crib.UPDATE: We ended up using this travel crib for regular daily/nightly use for 2 whole years. It moved 3 times with us, traveled internationally with us, camped across America, and held my baby until she transitioned in to a twin sized bed at the age of two and was as sturdy as the day it arrived on our doorstep. I am absolutely impressed and would tell any new parent on the go to skip the big bulky business or pricier items and commit to this.Side note* we slipped the mat in to a pillowcase instead of a fitted sheet. It fit snug in to the frame of the crib. It will no longer Velcro in place when in a pillowcase, but our baby never lifted or wiggled the mat out of place, only Only I could move the mat with intention.

Great compact option
Great compact pack n play option. We have a full size one as well, and this mini one is great as a bassinet in our room (bedside) as well as traveling.

Perfect for small spaces
After searching online, we decided this was the product we needed for our new baby.. we are a family of 4 in what I consider a small space. I loved that it has "stages" to grow with baby. We're 4 months in and it's been perfect for us. When you end up with an emergency c-section and stairs aren't ideal, this thing is just the size to park in the living room where you and your baby will spend the first two weeks. The detachable bassinet portion is awesome for those days you want to put them down for a nap in a safe sleep space in whatever room is convenient at the time. I see a lot of reviews about not being able to find sheets- I measured the mattress (a typical pack and play style mattress, just smaller) and searched for sheets that way. Had no issues finding them! It sits next to our bed and we're now in stage 2 (bassinet dropped to crib level). We'll probably reach the weight limit on the bassinet and transition permanently to the regular pack and play part in another month or so. It's very compact for travel- we've conveniently used it in a hotel twice now while traveling. I'm not a big review person but I was stressing about bassinets, a crib, safe sleep, etc for our baby with the space we had to work with prior to when he's big enough to room with our older child.. I have been very pleased with this solution! The only negative I have is that my husband and I struggled a little assembling the bassinet part- but that could be user error. Overall it's great.
