I purchased this fountain several weeks ago for a couple of reasons. Mainly for our hummingbirds to use as a bird bath but also for the look. If you are wanting a fountain for noise ambiance this one is NOT for you. It puts out no noise at all. My hummingbirds are slowly getting use to it and have landed several times. Very pretty tucked in among some flower pots and at night we enjoy the small light that flickers with the water cascading down.Easy to put together and absolutely no issues with the pump thus far. Nice purchase for the money.Update: We had several hummingbirds over the summer use the fountain to drink and clean off their wings and today we had another bird land and drink water. So happy I purchased this fountain!

We had this fountain up and running only for four days before realizing that it 100% does not hold water. It has a slow leak somewhere.We noticed at the end of day one that no water was coming out at the top. I thought it was just a hot day. So I refilled it. I continued this ritual for 2 more days. On day 4, I noticed the puddle at the base. There is a crack somewhere and it is not holding water.

It is very pretty in our garden. Easy to set up. Customer service was very helpful as ours was damaged.

We purchased this fountain to help improve the humidity while using an electric heater in our three season sunroom.We use only distilled water and the reservoir holds a few cups shy of one gallon. The fountain has been running for three months for 12-18 hours per day and we refill it every two days. We haven’t had any leaks although it does splash a very small amount over the edge when turning it on. A slight trickling sound can be heard when the reservoir is half full or lower.The fountain supports our 10 lb. Maine Coon who’s obsessed with water - she hasn’t tipped it yet. Her “real” cat fountain uses the same size pump so I put a PetSafe filter around the pump in this fountain to prevent hair from getting in the pump and impeller.I empty and clean the fountain and pump every two weeks. It’s a bit of a chore because the connection for the power adaptor is at the base of the power adaptor so you have to fish the entire length of the power cord through the fountain to remove the pump for cleaning. It would be easier to disconnect if the connector was located nearer to the pump.

The Waterall LED Fountain is a beautiful fountain and we would give it 4 or 5 stars for that. Unfortunately, this fountain makes NO WATERFALL SOUNDS AT ALL! When we saw this fountain, we wondered if something with this design could possibly make the sounds we wanted to have. So, we studied the manufacturer’s description on both Amazon and the manufacturer's website. In both instances, they touted its lovely, soothing sounds. What a disappointment! The manufacturer should change their description of this fountain.That said, watching the water gently flow all over the sphere and disappear into the base IS relaxing. Please note that the LED lights are extremely bright and have the white color of late model automotive halogen headlights. Aesthetically, we would have preferred an amber-colored LED light, and perhaps one not quite as bright.

I was hoping for more water noise, but that may be on me based on the design. Also, if left in the sun the water quickly evaporates.

The fountain is simple and easy to put together. The light is bright and works well. The pump is on the small size but with a short lift required, it works adequately.Unfortunately, the sphere is not perfectly round and as a result the water does not flow over the entire surface when the fountain is set level. Ridiculous that this isn't picked up if there is any kind of quality control. It's visible to the naked eye...flat spots all over it. Unfortunately, too inconvenient to return it ....and as it's sold and fulfilled by Amazon...no access to the product supplier. Way over priced and NOT PLEASED.

It did not come with the tube. What size do I need to go buy for it?I can hardly hear the water. Is this normal? I bought it to hear water so am disappointed

The pump failed very quickly. I contacted the website within the one year warranty period and they did not get back to me.
