Hands down, my favorite meal bars ever.I am a bar enthusiast and have tried every one under the sun, and IQ Bars are the absolute best.Great protein and fiber content. Amazing taste with zero sugar or sugar alcohol. Really natural ingredients without sacrificing taste or low sugar. Smaller and low calorie but still leaves you feeling full and satisfied.It really lives up to their branding of being the smart bar because if you are someone really in the known of food and health, you know these really are heavy hitters. Especially if you have dietary restrictions, these are really amazing and tasty.I recommend the chocolate mint flavor because it tastes incredibly close to the chocolate mint Clif bar that I love but can't have due to the sugar and calorie content.I personally will probably never buy a different bar again. Amazing work, IQ Bar.

Look, I know you've heard "Keto" this and "Keto" that.. but this is the real deal. The absolute perfect snack/topper for anyone on a Keto diet. I lost over 60lbs over a 6 month period on Keto, and these bars were by my side the whole way through. I usually eat one after my final meal of the day to help "top off" as these bars give you a great satisfying/full feeling when in ketosis. The Almond is my favorite flavor, just love the way it taste. Its as close to Marzipan flavor and chocolate chips as I can get with this low of carbs. The taste is not overly sweet and does not taste artificial like so many others do. The texture is great and slightly grainy which is exactly what you want to satisfy that crave when on Keto. These bars are expensive, no doubt, yet I still keep em stocked consistently. My absolute favorite Keto snack and literally nothing even comes close to comparing.

I like that these are low carbohydrate. As I am on a low carbohydrate diet. The taste isn't bad, but it's not fantastic either. I bought the lemon blueberry, blueberry and banana set. I'm not sure yet if I will try any of the others.The size of the bars is good. I don't always even have to eat a whole one to be feeling full. So they make a great snack too put in my purse or tote bag.I think they're a little bit on the pricey side but maybe not too much. Overall a decent buy.

I was just reading reviews out of curiosity and wanted to see if anyone didn't like these bars....I am amazed at the bad reviews! These are by far my FAVORITE protein bars of all time! I literally eat one every day (for over 2 years now) and am slightly obsessed! I buy the 2 variety boxes all the time (chocolate lover variety and fruit lover variety) and have tried the matcha chai, pumpkin and gingerbread (I wish they had this flavor all the time!) The specialty/holiday flavors I had to buy from them directly because I couldn't find them on Amazon. The only flavor I didn't love was toasted coconut chip but I still ate the whole box. They don't have a ton of additives and they don't have the weird protein powder taste that many bars do. I keep extra in my car and my purse just in case I get stuck somewhere hungry! And I am a nurse so I always have a variety in my work bag. If you are on the fence just try them!

These bars, especially the peanut butter chip ones, are my favorite bars. Great macros, great taste, clean label, perfect size. They're my go-to meal to get my protein in. I always carry a few with me. There are so many bars on the market, yet so few ones that have both great macros, no dairy, and no garbage. I'm so appreciative of entrepreneurs who take a rist to bring something to market that didn't exist before, that fills a gap, at great effort and risk to themselves, so the rest of us can buy such an awesome product that so much work clearly went into at such a great price. I’ve tried a lot of protein bars over the years, and these are easily some of the best I've ever had- no weird aftertaste, great texture, and actually something you look forward to eating. Good texture, great taste. Low carbs! What's not to like. Cannot wait to try the other flavors! A little expensive, but worth it I think
