I’m currently on my third Evenup, and I can’t overstate how much this product has helped me. I’ve walked about 75–100 miles in each unit, mostly outdoors on unpaved roads, uneven terrain, and the occasional rainy, muddy mess. The construction is surprisingly sturdy and holds up well for most of its life. However, once significant wear sets in, the last 10 miles go fast. I recommend replacing it at the first sign of major deterioration to avoid having to walk on a broken one.I’m recovering from a distal 5th metatarsal fracture and still working full-time on my feet, in a walking boot, for 10+ hours a day. The Evenup has been crucial for keeping me balanced and preventing the hip, back, and knee strain that comes from walking unevenly. It hasn’t made me faster, but it’s made walking possible, and that alone has kept me from falling into a sedentary spiral and getting fat again like I did after a past injury.This product quite literally kept me moving, working, and sane. It may not last forever, but it’s worth every penny.

This was a great purchase! Having to wear a boot for two months - having the Evenup worked wonders. I was able to adjust the height needed for balance when wearing different shoes. Being able to walk evenly sved a lot of, what could have been, discomfort on my back and hips.

I ruptured my Achilles tendon a few weeks ago and have been living in the "boot" ever since. The boot is higher than my walking shoes so I have been dealing with the uneven height while walking. It developed pain in one thigh and severe pain in my opposite hip from the height difference. I purchased this product and it certainly "evened up" my posture. I had to remove one of the pads for the correct height. It fits very snug on my walking shoe with no slippage at all. What wonderful relief after 5 weeks of hobbling along with an imbalance. I highly recommend this product if you will be living in a medical boot for an extended period of time. It was worth every penny I paid for it. I can't speak to the longevity of the product, but realistically, I only need it until I am out of the medical boot. I am pretty sure it will last several months, probably longer, and that is all I need.

So far so good 👍, it's a little too tall but better than a little too short. I found out that I actually have 1 leg an inch too short. I started wearing the heel inserts and my back pain went away. Only problem with them is that they only lift my heel and now my toes are getting scrunched up and hurting. 1" full inserts make my shoes too small so put the lifts on the OUTSIDE!These were easy to slip on the shoe, and work great! Although they can slip around on my shoe but I think if I add some Alien tape it'll stop.

This has really helped level my hips and improve my gait while wearing a cam boot. I have size 8.5 women's and the size Small works well.It works on some sneakers better than others. It leaves a small bottom gap between the Even Up and the heel on my vintage Nikes; court style sneakers have the best fit. I do wish it came with more thickness options for better height leveling.I've been wearing mine for 2 weeks so far and it still looks brand new. Great quality. Really comfortable.

Fits perfectly on my tennis shoes. I am uneven due to my 2 surgeries. I wear size 91/2 wide in shoes. . I get ortho heel slip-ons because of my leg, hip surgeries. The even up lasts forever. Very durable and easy to put on. I have several pair for several different shoes. Discussed with a cobbler to put on a new sole on my shoe so I wouldn’t need a lift. I got the sole on a good pair of dress shoes. It costs me $100.00. Even up is perfect for everyday shoes.

This is a life saver(and knee and hip and back saver!)I recently started wearing a CROW boot, which basically is like wearing a platform shoe on one foot. My other shoe was a custom insert, and only works with a limited type of shoe. So this is a perfect solution!My show is a “hiking sneaker” so it is a bit more bulky than a regular sneaker, but this still fits well(I ordered true to my size). Immediately I could walk normally, and within 2 days, all of the knee and hip pain from uneven walking had gone away.After a few days of rigorous use(including lots of kneeling, crawling around, and such) it did start coming off, and needed readjustment, but I had likely stepped on the edge with my other foot, to dislodge it. With normal use, I’m sure it would have stayed in place.I don’t even notice it is there, and is very sturdy.

The product works to help balance out the other leg when using a walking boot or when you need an additional support for unbalanced hips. The reason for 4 stars is due to catching my foot on the tip of the toes. The product started to come unglued and if I didn’t pick my foot up correctly, I would catch the front of the toe area and stumble a little. Good product, just wished it stayed together a little better.
