Very nice for the price
Modern. Love. One support doesn't touch my globe but I think it's secure. I recommend to anyone who prefers sleek lines.

Very sturdy but design is a bit off
Very sturdy, heavy metal stand. No assembly; came in one piece. Foot prongs allow you to sink it as deep as desired into the ground for added stability. Very pleased but only issue is exactly what everyone said - the 6 prongs are not properly set so that all 6 support the ball. Only 3 (on mine) actually touch the ball; one on each of the two-pronged supports. (Mine is a 10 inch ball.) You can see this in the daytime picture. But this still holds the ball nicely on the 3 touching prongs and the cup underneath it is well positioned so I don't believe a strong wind could pop the ball off. (In a wind, if the ball tilted, the 'cupped' base of the ball would press against the cup of the stand and would be held in place.) For fun, I inserted a 20' blue and a 20' red micro LED solar light strand into the ball, so at night it flashes from blue to red. Looks really pretty at night! :)

Sturdy Gazing Ball Stand!
This beautiful black stand was perfect for my 12-inch gazing ball! I love how you can push it into the ground to the exact depth/height you want! It stays very secure and the display looks awesome!

You definitely get what you pay for
We used our old cracked gazing ball column for a bird bath base so needed a new one. This is definitely recommended. Held up through a huge storm as it is heavy duty and it goes into the ground, doesn't just sit there. Do not hesitate

Just the right height and sturdy
I like the height of this stand. It stands above the height of my azalea bushes (which are fairly small).

Prong feet to secure in the ground is a great bonus feature
Fits my glass garden globe with nice height for gazing. Love having the spiked prong feet to secure the stand in the ground for more peace of mind that the stand won't accidentally tip or get knocked over. Very pleased.

Globe ball stand works well for a 10 inch globe
The top of the stand made good contact with the globe, but I glued in pieces of a cut up rubber stopper to make the globe even more secure. It's very sturdy and pushes into the ground easily.

Nicely built -- however
Nicely built -- however, a 12" globe does not seat itself deep. I just hope it doesn't blow off in a strong wind. Reviewers indicated a 14" was a tad too large, and that a 12" would be ideal - I don't think so. I might try to splay out the top to help drop the globe where it should be. Other than that, this is a nice item, sharp legs to easily push into the dirt/lawn. Packaging was outstanding. Everything was protected. Recommend for those who want a distinctive globe stand in their garden.

Held a 12" globe with a bit of bending of the prawns. Doesn't fit flush but it does the job
