Burt's Bees BabyBoys’ Infant and Toddler 100% Organic Cotton Short Sleeve V Neck T-Shirts, Size 3 Months - 7 Years Old

I wish Burts Bees description would have made it clear that the edges would be unfinished in this item. I think it makes the shirt look more like rags than an expensive organic T. I expect to see these sloppy seams in cheap T SHIRTS but not in quality clothing. After a single wash all the edges are curled up and it makes the shirt look messy and raggity. Extremely disappointed.

This is a very soft, worn in looking teeshirt. It fits about 'normal'. Our guy is thin and tall, and the 12 month shirt still fits him well, just slightly loose, around 14 months. I added a photo to show the fit. We got the midnight, and it is a dark navy (blue, not black).The stiching around the edges is raised (so it sort of looks inside out) but that is the style. I also thing it makes it softer agains the kids skin.We have washed and worn it for 4 months and so far so good! No major wear and tear.

I was looking for just a plain black v-neck shirt for my son. And when it arrived, the sleeves were oddly hemmed. Almost as if the shirt had ruffles. Being that I didn't spend much on it and would cost almost the same amount to ship it back, I gave it to a friend who has a daughter. The fabric was nice but I would not recommend it if you are looking for just a plain shirt.

These shirts are perfect for my son. They are light weight, bold colored, soft and do not fade. As previous reviews stated they run a tad small so order a size up than what your child normally wears. My son is currently in 3-6months and we ordered 6-9month shirts and they fit perfect.UPDATE: after numerous washes have had no problems with shrinkage, color had faded a tad but not extremely noticable. We have since ordered 3 more shirts because they are awesome and easy to throw on with a cloth diaper and make an outfit.

In theory you'd think an organic cotton shirt would be made for those with sensitive skin to wear. My son has very sensitive skin and after wearing the shirt for half an hour his shoulders were bright red. I felt the inside of the shirt and the seams around the shoulder join and the sleeve cuff were very rough. The parts of his body not touching the seems were ok. The edging on the exterior is a weird layered affair, so inverting the shirt won't fix the problem. Why bother making a shirt with the best, non-irritating fabric, if the seams are going to feel like sandpaper?

These shirts do have like a rough edge at the seams, which is a little charming, but not that "clean" tshirt look at the seams that most tshirts have.They do run large, but it makes it comfier for baby. They also shrink slightly in the wash. This is definitely not a snug tshirt for it's size by any means.It's soft and of medium weight as far as tshirts go.I only gave it 4 stars because mine arrived soiled, which is really more of a quality control issue. The shirt itself is pretty nice.Also, note this is like a normal tshirt at the neck. It doesn't have lap folds which means the neck is going to be looser for style than a typical infant tshirt or onesie. If you don't like a slightly sloppier neck, then it may not be for you. For myself, I like them a little looser because they don't look like they are choking him.If you've purchased the Big Oshi brand tshirts, this is similar in size though it is much longer.

Usually I really like all the clothes that Burt's Bees offers, and i'll still be buying from them but this purchase was not up to the usually experience for me. The quality feels great, as it always does with this brand. It's soft, has good color, and v-necks are hard to find for small kids. My only issue is that unlike other clothes we bought from burt's bees, this one seemed really short on my son. Just barely above his hips, when other shirts from burt's in the same size have been much longer. So with this, I still kept it for some family photos I bought it for, but had to be wary of the position of my son so it didn't go up to much and show his belly in the photos. Overall worked for the day I needed it, albeit a little troublesome. Hope this is a one off experience as I normally really like this brand.

My friend customized it for his birthday.Great quality! Got 18 months.My son is approximately 23 lbs here and has a long torso.

Soft shirt that fits well. It’s a looser fit but my toddler seems very comfortable. We used it to iron on some vinyl designs to create our own shirt. The material worked well and the adhesion seems strong.

Love the fit and quality of these burts bees t-shirts ! Also have it in blue. They did my 16 month old perfectly :)

i dont like the raw edges of the sleeves, i would prefer a normal tee shirt.
