Great quality bike!
We ordered this bike for our granddaughter, we opted for the light blue as a gender-neutral color because she has a little brother that can grow into the bike when she grows out of it, the blue is such a great color, it’s so vibrant! The bike arrived quickly after ordering it and came shipped in a big brown Schwinn box that had the actual bike box inside. The bike box looked pretty neat! I knew we would have to assemble the bike, but I was surprised to see how much of the bike was already put together in the box. It did come with a few small tools for assembly, the instructions gave the measurements of the tools you would need to use, so we used our own from our toolbox. Assembly was extremely easy and took a little over 20 minutes, mostly handlebars and pedals. The bike really slick looking and is very well made. Love that it came with training wheels that were very easy to evenly place on either side. Will be nice when we won’t need the training wheels anymore and they’ll be easy to remove. The whole bike is sturdy and has back wheel that’s a little more flat, should make learning to ride the bike a little easier. We are very happy with the bike and would recommend it to anyone!

Great Kid's Bike
Relatively easy to put together, this bike is sturdy and strong. My grandson got this as his first bike and loves it. It rides smooth and glides well. Watch the price differences just because of color, otherwise, this lives up to the Schwinn name.

Pretty easy to assemble
It's definately not a high end product but it is pretty sturdy. It's much heavier than I would have thought, seems like it could be lightened up for a kids bike. Some reviewers had a pretty hard time with assembly. I've bought many other toys for my 2 & 4 year old that required much more intense, and difficult assembly. I do think you will need a 5mm hex key and a small adjustable wrench. If you don't have those you probably shouldn't have a bike.

Expect to need parts
Here I am on Christmas Eve writing a review for a bike. The only thing my 3 yr old son wanted. Out of the box everything looked great! One of the screws that holds the seat support was missing, not a big deal, I have cans full of nuts and bolts so I found one that matched. Assembly was going smooth until the very last step.. the pedals.. I tried to screw in the left side and noticed the end of the pedal threads were marred and then looked into the crank where it threads into and sure enough, it is cross threaded. Not sure if this was a returned item or an issue from the factory.. So thanks Schwinn for frustrating the s#*t outta me and I know this is gonna disappoint my son.

Perfect size for a 7Year old
Friggin cool bike. My just turned 7year old loves it. We started the seat at it's lowest position. He could reach the ground easily, but had no leg extension while pedaling. So we raised it up to the 3rd notch, and he can reach the floor easily while getting good extension and power. Plenty of room to grow.Highly recommended.note:the bike was shipped in a brown mailer. wish i knew there was a sleek beautiful box inside. Woulda made a much cooler gift, if i pulled it out of the brown mailer first. We put the bike together in 15 minutes. Just had to attach, front wheel, pedals, seat, and handle bar. done.
